Reception staff made me feel genuinely welcome

This is an excellent practice in my view. All the clinical staff demonstrate professionalism, helpfulness and a friendly manner. The nurse practitioner provides outstanding care and the district nursing team are equally brilliant, always willing to assist with any concerns. The reception team have consistently been welcoming and supportive. Overall, this is a high-quality surgery that delivers excellent standards of care.

Friendly service but phone lines constantly busy

I have been a patient at this practice for some time and have consistently received warm and welcoming service. Appointments have typically been straightforward to arrange, with minimal waiting times, and the staff have always been attentive and familiar with my needs. However, I recently experienced difficulty when attempting to book an appointment, as the phone lines appeared to be continuously engaged over an extended period.

Friendly local practice with reliable transport access

I have been attending this practice for approximately three decades, and have consistently experienced good service from a welcoming team. The location is reasonably convenient to where I live, being within a manageable distance, and I am able to access it through available transport services, which is particularly helpful given my ongoing health needs.

The care that this Practice offers to my family member is exceptional. The standard of support, readiness to conduct visits at home and the coordinated thoughtful approach to addressing their various requirements is outstanding.
