Patient feedback reveals a practice with significant inconsistency in service quality. Appointment availability remains a persistent challenge, with many patients reporting difficulty securing convenient booking times and extended waits for consultations. Reception experience is notably divided, with some patients describing staff as welcoming and professional, while others cite discourteous behaviour and poor phone contact. Medical and nursing staff generally receive praise for compassion and clinical competence, with particular recognition for responsive urgent care and follow-up support. However, administrative organisation presents recurring concerns, including delayed prescriptions, lost documentation, and inconsistent communication between departments. Vaccination clinics are noted as well-organised and efficient. The practice demonstrates capability in delivering quality care once patients access appointments, yet the booking experience and reception interactions remain sources of significant frustration that detract from overall satisfaction.
Patients who have experienced urgent medical needs often report positive outcomes, with staff arranging same-day consultations and demonstrating genuine concern. Conversely, those seeking routine appointments or non-urgent services frequently encounter barriers. Some patients acknowledge the practice operates under NHS pressures and high demand, while others express concern about the gap between the quality of clinical care and the accessibility of services. The variation in patient experiences suggests that service quality may depend on individual circumstances, timing, or which staff members are involved in the interaction.

Bad!
Unhelpful medical center turned away urgent patient
Oh my goodness, what an experience! I reside in Belmont and was experiencing some serious health concerns, specifically stroke-like symptoms. My local physicians weren't available, which naturally caused me significant anxiety. I figured the medical center would be my best option, so I approached the front desk and explained my symptoms in detail. When they inquired about my registration status and I mentioned I wasn't registered, they flatly refused to assist me and directed me back to my own doctor. Absolutely unbelievable!

Excellent!
Compassionate care that goes above and beyond
The personnel here are exceptionally welcoming and supportive, and there's a fantastic collaborative relationship with the adjacent pharmacy. They even took the initiative to call and check on my progress with my blood pressure prescription. Compared to my previous medical practice, this place is a complete transformation - truly refreshing and patient-centered.

Poor!
Decent doctors but frustrating appointment scheduling system
The front desk team is welcoming and makes an effort to assist. A few of the doctors are really top-notch. However, securing an appointment at a convenient time is incredibly challenging (practically impossible for working individuals), and if you're seeking additional services, be prepared for hefty out-of-pocket expenses.

Great!
Compassionate care with minor communication hiccup
Accompanied my aging parent to multiple consultations with Dr. Harris, who consistently demonstrated remarkable compassion and delivered outstanding medical attention. The entire healthcare team, including nurses and administrative personnel, has been incredibly supportive and attentive to my father's requirements. The only drawback is the difficult-to-hear intercom system - implementing a text display screen would significantly enhance communication and patient experience.

Bad!
Worst medical experience ever avoid this clinic
Abysmal customer service with extremely discourteous front desk staff who are consistently unaccommodating and make scheduling appointments nearly impossible.

Bad!
Worst medical service ever terrible wait time
Completely unacceptable experience! I sought medical assistance, and they completely dismissed my injury, simply advising me to schedule an appointment with a physiotherapist who is unavailable for the next three weeks and only works a single day per week. This means I'm now forced to endure a wait of more than a month before receiving any examination. What an absolute mockery of healthcare service!

Great!
Caring staff great service with occasional long waits
The medical staff here are incredibly compassionate and truly go the extra mile - though the waiting room can test your patience! The reception team is wonderfully supportive and welcoming. Their triage approach is exceptional - if you have an urgent medical need, they can often quickly arrange a prescription or get you a same-day consultation with the on-call physician. Booking an appointment means enduring frustratingly extended wait times - but they're clearly in high demand, and they'll still accommodate you promptly if your situation is critical. I'll admit, spending hours in the waiting area drives me a bit crazy - I'm not great at waiting! But I recognize it's just part of their busy workflow. Ultimately, what matters most is their remarkable responsiveness during urgent medical situations. Despite the waiting, I would absolutely recommend this practice without hesitation.

Bad!
Terrible healthcare with dangerous medical practices
If you aren't critically ill, you won't receive adequate medical attention and will be forced to return repeatedly. Their blood drawing procedure lacks proper hygiene protocols, which poses significant health risks. When my mother's blood pressure reached 184, I requested to see a physician, but they claimed appointments were only available the next day, despite the waiting room being nearly empty with just a single patient present.

Bad!
Frustrating healthcare with impossible appointment scheduling
Getting a medical consultation at this clinic seems nearly impossible unless you fall into specific categories like expectant mothers, senior citizens, or international patients. For everyone else, scheduling an appointment appears to be an incredibly frustrating experience.
