Waiting room privacy completely compromised during appointment
I had a very poor experience during my x-ray appointment. There was no one available to register me when I arrived, and other waiting patients informed me that staff monitor the reception area via camera and would eventually come to check people in. When a staff member did assist me, they asked loudly what body part I was being examined for. The waiting area offered no privacy, and I could hear other patients' information being discussed. I was particularly upset when a member of staff called out a question about my clothing as we entered the examination room, which meant everyone in the waiting area became aware of details about my appointment. I felt my privacy and dignity were not respected throughout the visit, and the lack of confidentiality was very concerning.
