Quick diagnosis after thorough examination and scan

I had been experiencing persistent abdominal discomfort that remained undiagnosed and was assessed by a clinician who conducted an examination and promptly organised an imaging scan. Following the procedure, I received the results and diagnosis very quickly. I was impressed by the compassionate approach and professional manner demonstrated throughout. Having been registered with this practice for over two decades, both my spouse and I have consistently received outstanding care from all members of the team.

Quick response and stayed late for medication

I was dealing with a persistent cough related to my respiratory condition. I contacted the triage service and was seen promptly the same day. Despite the pharmacy having already closed for the evening, the team remained available to ensure I received the necessary urgent medication. The professionalism and dedication demonstrated by the practice staff was truly commendable.
