Appointment cancelled without any notification
I had booked an appointment several weeks in advance for an early morning slot, which was stated to be the only available time. When the appointment day arrived, I received no contact from the practice, and the appointment was removed from the official app without any notification. The practice does not accept in-person visits or remote consultations through email, chat, or text messaging—the only option is to call to arrange a telephone consultation with the GP. This process left me feeling very let down by the service.

Inconsistent care depending on who you see
My experiences at this practice have been inconsistent. I had a very poor appointment with one clinician who I felt was unprofessional, while an appointment with a different clinician was excellent. On another occasion, I called to book an appointment and was assured I would receive a callback the same day, but this never happened. It appears that the quality of care depends largely on which clinician you see.

Couldn't reach surgery to cancel appointment
I attempted to cancel an appointment for a family member more than 40 minutes ago, providing well over 24 hours notice. Although the surgery indicated it was open during this time, I was unable to reach anyone to process the cancellation request.

Dismissive approach worsened my condition significantly
I would strongly advise against attending this practice. I presented with a health concern and felt uncomfortable with the initial approach taken during my consultation. The treatment prescribed subsequently appeared to worsen my condition significantly. When the issue became more serious and caused considerable swelling, I was informed that certain procedures were not available through the NHS. I contacted 111 for guidance and was advised to attend accident and emergency immediately. The emergency department staff provided treatment and indicated that my condition should not have progressed to that stage. Based on this experience, I have serious concerns about the quality of care provided and would not recommend this practice to others.

Long-term patient always treated well here
I have been attending this practice for over three decades and have consistently received excellent care from all members of the clinical and administrative team. I am very grateful for their support throughout this time.
