Patient Experience Summary

Feedback reveals a deeply polarised patient experience at this practice, with significant concerns dominating the overall picture. Appointment availability emerges as the most persistent issue, with patients reporting waits of two weeks or longer, inability to book in advance, and difficulty accessing same-day slots. Telephone access presents a major barrier, with multiple reports of lengthy hold times, disconnected calls, and inability to reach the practice despite repeated attempts. Reception experience is frequently criticised, with patients describing staff as discourteous, dismissive, and unhelpful when managing appointment requests or patient concerns. Prescription handling has been problematic, with reports of incorrect medications, routing errors, and inconsistent processes causing confusion. Communication gaps are evident throughout, including conflicting instructions, unresponsiveness to queries, and lack of follow-up on promised callbacks.

Positive feedback, though less common, highlights the quality of clinical care when accessed. Patients consistently praise individual doctors and nursing staff for their professionalism, compassion, and attentiveness. Several reviews note that once an appointment is secured, the medical consultation itself is satisfactory. A small number of patients report smooth booking experiences and efficient service, suggesting variability in practice performance.

The contrast between clinical care quality and access barriers creates frustration for many long-standing patients who value their doctors but struggle with organisational systems. Issues with continuity, responsiveness, and the booking experience appear to be systemic rather than isolated, affecting patient confidence in the practice despite recognition of individual staff competence.

Terrible wait and zero help from nurse

Terrible medical experience! Wasted nearly an hour waiting on the phone. Once we finally secured an appointment, the nurse was completely unhelpful, dismissively telling my wife she couldn't provide any guidance or assistance!

Bad!

Frustrating wait times and unhelpful staff

Scheduling an appointment here is a nightmare. Each time I called, they claimed no advance bookings were possible, and same-day slots were already fully booked. The front desk staff are consistently unhelpful and communicate with a distinctly hostile attitude.

Poor!

Frustrating wait at unresponsive medical office

The medical professionals themselves are fine, but accessing their care is a significant challenge. The front desk personnel come across as curt, dismissive, and seemingly indifferent to patient needs. This morning, I attempted to schedule an appointment at 8:40am and was abruptly informed that no slots were available for today except a morning nurse consultation. Upon explaining my work commitments that last until 4pm, the receptionist flatly stated no later appointments were possible and made zero effort to suggest alternative dates or find a workable solution.

Bad!

Waited weeks for a nonexistent appointment

Getting an appointment here is incredibly challenging. I booked online 2-3 weeks back, but the earliest available slot was July 31st. Today, when I verified on the patient portal, no appointment was actually recorded. While the physicians themselves are top-notch, the scheduling process is unbearably frustrating. I've reached my limit and will be switching healthcare providers first thing tomorrow.

Bad!

Impossible to book an appointment

Repeatedly attempted to schedule an appointment since early morning, both via phone and in-person at the reception. Continuously advised to call at 8 am, but consistently unable to connect. Their policy prevents booking appointments ahead of time. The customer service is absolutely unacceptable.

Terrible prescription service with constant issues

Avoid this medical practice at all costs. They are consistently problematic whenever I attempt to refill my medication prescription.

Bad!

Endless calls and frustrating wait times

This medical centre is an absolute nightmare! Throughout my four-year experience, I've consistently had to schedule appointments with waits exceeding two weeks, and they even caused significant complications with my driver's licence process. To make matters worse, I've attempted to contact them about a prescription a staggering 73 times without success.
