Terrible healthcare experience with unhelpful medical staff

Completely unacceptable! As an Aviation professional, I suffered from blocked ears for over a week, rendering me unable to work and requiring medical documentation. Being new to the area, I attempted registration through their online system, which claimed a two-day processing time. However, they informed me it would take 3-4 weeks and refused to schedule an appointment. Despite explaining my temporary NHS registration and referral from a 111 paramedic the previous evening, they remained unhelpful. Their suggestion was to visit A&E (which should only be used for extremely critical situations). Fortunately, I managed to register with another medical practice the very same day! Absolutely shameful service!

Frustrating healthcare experience with zero support

Absolutely dreadful service with utterly ineffective customer support. I'm unable to connect with anyone, let alone receive any medical assistance. Their services are exclusively online, and the doctors seem terrified of patient interaction nowadays. What's the purpose of paying National Insurance if you can't access basic healthcare? I've been forced to seek out private medical services just to get the medication I need.

I wish Dr Kumar would take note of this. I've been a patient at this practice since childhood, and the doctor who initially treated me is now seemingly unreachable. I'm experiencing significant health issues, yet I'm unable to secure an appointment. The staff appears unresponsive, refusing to send even a simple booking link or answer incoming calls. To obtain an appointment, I'm forced to dial precisely at 8am. Dr Kumar, I implore you to restore this practice to its former standard of care, or I'll be compelled to seek medical treatment through private channels.

Terrible customer service and endless phone waiting

Reception staff are completely unresponsive. Their phone system constantly redirects you to an automated message claiming you're first in the queue. I've been attempting to schedule an appointment for over a week now, and every single call results in the same frustrating recorded message. I've wasted approximately two hours just waiting on hold during this entire process. Absolutely no progress made.

Worst medical centre ever absolute nightmare

A single star is far too flattering for this establishment. I'd call it completely worthless, except it excels at squandering countless hours of your life without any productive outcome. It's astonishing that such a centre is permitted to operate in this manner. The registration process alone dragged on for months. Despite persistent daily phone calls, endless waiting periods, and repeated failures to secure an appointment, they ultimately informed me that my registration was cancelled due to not booking an appointment! Now that I urgently need medical assistance, I've spent four days unable to even reach a receptionist - phone lines disconnect, online consultations are repeatedly rejected. The entire situation is monumentally absurd. Somebody needs to intervene and address this systematic incompetence!

Absolutely abysmal customer service. Every single time we attempt to schedule an appointment, even when calling first thing in the morning, we're met with a queue of 9 people, and after enduring a 90-minute wait, we're ultimately informed that no appointments are available. I cannot in good conscience suggest this business to anyone.

Worst medical service ever experienced in my life

I'd rate this GP Surgery zero stars if I could. The reception team constantly attempts to redirect patients to local pharmacies or online consultations, both of which are completely ineffective. It appears the reception staff believe they're acting as medical professionals. There's absolutely no way to secure a consultation with a doctor or nurse. Sometimes the reception staff claim a nurse will return a call, but they never seem to actually log the request. I submitted a repeat prescription request two weeks ago. I've already called five times, and it still hasn't been processed. Utterly appalling service - total disregard for patient care.

Caring doctors but frustrating appointment scheduling process

The medical professionals, including the physicians and one particular nurse, are compassionate. However, the reception staff is extremely unhelpful and lacks professionalism. When you're experiencing significant discomfort, they are reluctant to schedule an appointment. There is one staff member wearing a headscarf who stands out as exceptionally kind and always willing to assist.

Terrible healthcare with zero customer compassion

Utterly disgraceful service!! Incompetent front desk employees with zero interpersonal abilities. Their sole response is to redirect patients to the website for scheduling medical consultations. I'm genuinely baffled how they can claim to be a healthcare facility and maintain NHS accreditation! I will exhaust every possible avenue to ensure this place is permanently closed down!

Rude receptionist ruined my otherwise great experience

On 26/05/2022 at 12:55, I visited the doctor's office and encountered a receptionist whose shift was ending at 1pm. Earlier, I had consulted a doctor about a health concern, and they recommended comprehensive tests and a follow-up. The doctor advised me to book an appointment and collect specific samples. When I approached the reception, I explained the situation courteously, as I always treat staff with respect. However, the receptionist's response was shockingly unprofessional. She made dismissive facial expressions and initially claimed she had no record of my doctor's instructions. When I asked about scheduling, she responded curtly, telling me to come "any time" with a hostile attitude. Frustrated and upset, I left feeling unheard and disrespected. It seemed like she didn't believe my explanation. Fortunately, I later called back and spoke with another receptionist - someone I've interacted with before who is consistently helpful. She located the doctor's note and promptly scheduled my appointment. Despite this negative interaction, I generally appreciate this medical practice. The doctors are supportive, and most staff members are kind. I hope the earlier receptionist learns that patients deserve compassion and respect, especially when discussing health concerns. Treating people with kindness costs nothing and can make a significant difference in someone's experience.

Worst medical service ever avoid at all costs

Steer clear of registering with this healthcare provider! The front desk staff are completely incompetent, displaying unprofessional behavior and a total lack of customer service skills. Attempting to contact them is a nightmare - they immediately interrogate you about whether it's an emergency and show zero interest in listening. I spent two consecutive weeks making morning calls just to schedule a simple doctor's consultation, but their communication system is perpetually malfunctioning. Each time, I'm brushed off and told to try again the following day. The physicians are equally disappointing, offering superficial assessments and seemingly hoping medical issues will magically resolve themselves without thorough investigation. They demonstrate no genuine commitment to addressing patient concerns. The NHS urgently needs to conduct a comprehensive review of this facility's staff, as patient health is being seriously compromised. I am absolutely resolute about switching medical practices and will be formally reporting their substandard service.
