Feedback across this file reveals a deeply divided patient experience, with stark contrasts between clinical and administrative service quality. Medical professionals, including doctors and nursing staff, consistently receive praise for compassionate care, responsiveness, and clinical competence. However, reception experience presents a significant and recurring concern, with patients reporting poor courtesy, difficulty securing appointments, lengthy waiting times both on phone lines and in practice, and communication barriers. Appointment access emerges as a critical issue, with many patients describing impossible booking processes, restricted scheduling windows, and cancelled appointments without notice. Administrative responsiveness and organisation appear substantially weaker than clinical care, creating frustration that undermines otherwise positive medical interactions.
While some patients report smooth, welcoming experiences with helpful staff and efficient service delivery, the predominant pattern reflects systemic challenges in booking systems, reception courtesy, and patient communication. Several patients note that individual staff members demonstrate exceptional support, yet these isolated positive interactions cannot offset broader operational difficulties. The practice appears to struggle with managing patient volume relative to available appointment capacity, leading to extended waiting experiences and barriers to access that leave many patients feeling disrespected and unable to obtain timely care.

Frustrating registration nightmare with unhelpful staff
I initiated my registration process a month ago, but I'm still stuck in bureaucratic limbo. I carefully completed all the required forms and tried returning the application, only to be told one document was missing. When I offered to quickly retrieve the missing Kids red book, the receptionist made endless excuses and wouldn't accommodate me. Each subsequent visit brought new obstacles: one day she claimed she was working alone, another time she stated they stop accepting forms after 12:30 (a rule never previously communicated). I repeatedly called to confirm submission, but each time received a different dismissive response - first "call next week," then "next month," and now "not this month." I'm utterly bewildered by how a GP practice can arbitrarily halt registration like this. The staff's unprofessional and inconsistent behavior has been incredibly frustrating. This is an absolutely terrible experience that leaves me completely exasperated and angry 😡😡

Exceptional healthcare experience at local hospital
Exceptional medical attention from top-tier healthcare professionals. The doctors and nursing staff were outstanding, providing compassionate and expert care. The specialists were truly remarkable, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the entire experience. Kudos to the National Health Service for their incredible work!

Frustrating experience with impossible appointment booking
Scheduling a consultation at this practice is an absolute nightmare. I've spent nearly a week attempting to secure an appointment, but every time slots are completely booked, even for pressing medical needs. My health is deteriorating, and I'll be forced to seek treatment at an after-hours medical center just to get some care. I emphatically recommend looking for an alternative general practice to avoid this frustrating experience.

Terrible service that made my health worse
Oh my goodness. This establishment is absolutely dreadful beyond description. I cannot comprehend how such a subpar facility is affiliated with the NHS. The staff appears completely incompetent. It seems they merely collect your information and rely on internet searches to generate prescriptions or medical advice. I'm confident I could provide more competent healthcare guidance than these individuals. Their reputation absolutely deserves nothing but scathing criticism.

Worst medical experience of my life ever
I'd rate this zero stars if possible. After recently signing up, I'm already seeking alternative medical care. The service is abysmal - they consistently lack available appointments and their staff is predominantly discourteous. Only one employee seems remotely professional; the rest appear condescending and judgmental. I can barely comment on the physicians since I've barely interacted with them. In fact, I only saw one doctor when an ambulance intervention was necessary, after being initially denied an asthma appointment and callously instructed to wait through an entire weekend - which is completely unacceptable. I strongly recommend avoiding this healthcare provider at all costs! Their reception team desperately requires a total overhaul.

Caring doctors for kids, challenging for adults
I've been registered with this medical practice for approximately two and a half years. While I personally haven't required their services, whenever our three-year-old son has been unwell, they've consistently been quick to respond, offering same-day appointments and accurately diagnosing and treating his conditions. Recently, when he experienced unexplained temperature fluctuations, they identified tonsillitis, prescribed antibiotics, and he has since recovered significantly. However, my wife has encountered some challenges with the practice. They appear to be very accommodating when it comes to pediatric patients, but securing appointments for adult patients can be more problematic.

Worst medical practice ever avoid at all costs
This establishment is absolute garbage. They're merely going through the motions of running a medical practice. I would never recommend registering with this GP. The reception staff are incredibly discourteous. I desperately wish there was a platform to lodge formal complaints about such unprofessional service. This medical practice is a complete waste of time. Whenever you attempt to contact them, you're condemned to endless phone waiting periods before anyone even considers answering. If anyone is reading this, please advise me on how to escalate a complaint to the relevant government authorities. These healthcare workers are essentially collecting salaries while providing zero meaningful assistance.

Avoid this gp at all costs for medical care
I recently moved to this neighborhood and am seeking a local doctor's practice to register my infant. After reading the comments on this particular GP, it appears the clinic may have discriminatory tendencies. One review specifically advises against choosing this practice, so I will be exploring alternative healthcare options for my child.

Terrible service awful reception at medical centre
I've encountered the most terrible medical facility imaginable. The reception personnel are incredibly sluggish and completely disinterested in assisting patients. When you attempt to contact them, you're forced to wait an excruciating hour, and they consistently ignore incoming calls. Despite my numerous attempts to address this issue, their attitude remains unchanged. The sole redeeming quality of this center is that the doctors are exceptionally skilled and professional. Management urgently needs to replace the current reception staff to improve patient experience.

Terrible service and unhygienic medical facility nightmare
The most dreadful medical facility I've encountered. The front desk personnel are utterly unprofessional; when I inquired about accessing my test results, they abruptly terminated the call. I was instructed to wait for my blood test and remained seated for 20 minutes before taking matters into my own hands to see the physician. The facility lacks separate restrooms, and those available are in a deplorable condition (with a broken toilet seat and utterly unhygienic) - certainly not what one would anticipate from a medical center claiming to maintain top-tier sanitation standards. UPDATE: After my blood test, we received another call from the GP, who automatically scheduled an additional test. Upon questioning the reason, they claimed the doctor "overlooked" performing several required tests on the initial sample. We wasted another hour traveling to the surgery during the COVID pandemic, unnecessarily exposing ourselves to risk through no fault of our own.

Amazing care from start to finish
I believe this surgical practice is truly top-notch. Despite being a patient for just over half a year, I've found the staff consistently courteous and compassionate. I've attended multiple appointments, and everything has always gone smoothly without any problems.

Worst medical practice ever terrible service
I'd rate this experience even lower than a single star. Despite being their patient for four years, I've managed just one appointment in that entire time due to their constant excuses. Today, when I tried to schedule another visit, I was shocked to discover I've been unexpectedly removed from their patient list without any explanation. The receptionist informed me that I would need to re-register if I want to book an appointment, and no one had the courtesy to notify me about this change. I'm utterly frustrated and completely let down by their unprofessional handling of my patient status.

Terrible admin team ruins a great medical practice
Truly, this place deserves less than a single star! While the physicians are exceptional, the administrative staff are utterly dreadful and completely unprofessional. They show zero interest in providing assistance, with the sole exception of a young woman wearing a headscarf (whose name escapes me) - she's genuinely compassionate and always striving to help. The remaining staff are ATROCIOUS and appear completely incompetent. The admin manager is ABSOLUTELY THE WORST, demonstrating total ignorance of their responsibilities. I strongly advise seeking medical care elsewhere - you'll struggle to secure timely appointments, and any tasks left in their hands will undoubtedly go unresolved. Under no circumstances should you entrust them with your healthcare needs.

Caring doctor undermined by terrible administrative staff
Dr Tripti conducted a phone consultation with me last Thursday and promptly processed a fitness note, but I'm still waiting for the administrative staff to send it over. I've submitted an e-consultation request and phoned this morning, only to be told it was still with the doctor - which I know is untrue, as Dr Tripti completed and forwarded it to the admin team immediately. The receptionist was extremely unhelpful and ultimately terminated the call abruptly. A compassionate and empathetic physician is being undermined by her inefficient support staff.

The personnel here lack professionalism across the board. Whenever you attempt to contact them, scheduling an appointment seems impossible. The reception staff, particularly a woman named Aabru, demonstrates complete indifference and appears clueless about her basic job responsibilities. Her carelessness is truly frustrating.

Frustrating healthcare appointment scheduling nightmare
It's incredibly bizarre and impractical that scheduling an appointment requires calling precisely at 11am or physically being present in person. As a self-employed professional with a packed daily routine, I find their scheduling process incredibly challenging. When the phone lines are perpetually engaged, I attempted to book an appointment during my lunch break by visiting their office, but they flatly refused and insisted I either call or appear at 11am the following day. This approach seems deliberately obstructive and feels like they're intentionally creating barriers to minimize patient interactions. I'm seriously contemplating switching to private healthcare, despite being fully aware of its substantial cost. I am profoundly frustrated by how contemporary healthcare systems operate... truly, deeply disappointed.
