Terrible service and unprofessional medical staff nightmare
Steer clear of this place - the front desk staff are extremely discourteous and unmotivated to assist patients. Medical professionals consistently run behind schedule, with wait times easily exceeding 60 minutes before being seen. Parking is also problematic. The reception team is extremely confrontational and displays poor interpersonal communication abilities. They seem to struggle with comprehending or responding in English. Particularly notable is an Indian staff member who repeatedly interjects with "it's not fair" during conversations, leaving patients bewildered and frustrated. Their typical approach involves talking over patients and then abruptly ending calls, forcing individuals to endure prolonged waiting periods before getting any response.

Completely UNACCEPTABLE. After enduring a three-week wait for an appointment, I was then forced to sit around for more than 40 minutes past my designated time before finally being seen by the nurse.
