Terrible medical service that fails patients miserably

Absolutely appalling service, Staff's attitude is unacceptable I attempted to schedule an appointment and was told I must call precisely at 8am. When I explained my challenging work schedule from 6am to 2am and requested booking for a future date, they flatly refused. Reluctantly, I called at 8am, waited 15 minutes despite being first in the queue, only to be told to call back the next day. The medical service is shockingly incompetent. Patients might expire before receiving their appointment. It's incomprehensible how anyone considers the UK a developed nation with such deplorable healthcare management.

Worst medical service ever complete waste of time

Instructed to ring at 8am, I did exactly that, positioning myself first in line, only to endure a 17-minute wait and be informed no appointment was possible. It's absolutely unacceptable. The doctor can solely conduct calls due to home visits, and the receptionist suggested calling back the next day. I've been stuck in this ridiculous cycle for a fortnight - it's becoming a complete farce.

Terrible doctor nearly harmed my innocent baby

Edit: baby was released from Alder Hey, no medication required. Thankfully we disregarded ramamoorthy's advice. The office manager displays complete indifference towards her responsibilities. The physician is thoroughly discourteous and lacks professional conduct. He should be barred from medical practice. He's obstinately blocking my baby's referral to a specialist (despite our previous GP recommending specialist consultation) and instead proposing to prescribe previously ineffective medication (without even conducting a single examination of my child). I sincerely hope he takes pride in potentially compromising the health of a one-year-old infant.

Friendly staff but problematic doctor needs attention

The personnel here are delightful, but there's one general practitioner whose demeanor is problematic and seems to prescribe medications arbitrarily. Although I'm not a medical professional, I sensed something wasn't right with the recent prescriptions given to my infant. This doctor is also unwilling to refer my child to specialists, despite other medical experts agreeing that a referral is necessary. After reading additional reviews, I realize my concerns are shared by other patients.

Worst doctor ever terrible mental health care

I've been seeing Dr. Ramamoorthy my entire life, and for the past decade, his approach to my mental health has been utterly ineffective. His sole strategy seems to be indiscriminately prescribing antidepressants without any genuine effort to understand or address my underlying condition. Not only has he failed to provide meaningful support, but his treatment has actually worsened my mental state. His lack of comprehension regarding mental illness is appalling, and he is fundamentally unqualified to be the sole physician at this practice. While the nursing staff performs admirably, Dr. Ramamoorthy's incompetence and negligence have caused me significant distress over the past ten years, and he should be deeply ashamed of his professional conduct.

Terrible gp practice with zero patient care

Absolutely worthless medical practice! I'm baffled by their purpose. The clinic supposedly opens at 8 am, but when I called at 8 am, the line was constantly engaged. By 8:15, I arrived and the receptionist informed me all appointment slots were already full. This happened at just 8:15 am!!! I was the sole person in the entire building!! How can appointments be completely booked in mere minutes? Their Care Quality Commission rating desperately needs reassessment! They are completely incompetent! This place should be shut down immediately!! They're absolutely useless and provide zero service to patients!! The receptionist never answers phone calls!!! I noticed did not attend (DNA) records on my file, and they've consistently failed to provide me any appointments!!! On one occasion last month when I was extremely unwell, no one answered my call for 30 minutes, and when someone finally did, they dismissively told me to visit a walk-in centre!! They offer absolutely nothing to the community. An utterly useless establishment!! I'm devastated I didn't research their reputation online before registering with them!!!

Terrible healthcare centre fails vulnerable patient

This medical centre is a complete farce. My father is a patient here, and they demonstrate absolutely no concern for his well-being. When he was unwell, they dismissively told him to go to A&E, particularly regarding his mental health issues. Despite needing knee replacements, they haven't even added him to a waiting list. Today, the doctor prescribed stronger pain medication and assured him it would be sent to the pharmacy. Now it's 6:30pm, and after continuously calling for over an hour, I've received no response and no prescription, leaving my dad suffering in extreme pain. This facility should be thoroughly embarrassed by its abysmal service, and the NHS ought to consider shutting it down entirely. It doesn't even deserve the single star rating I'm forced to give to submit this review!

Worst gp surgery ever terrible customer service

Absolutely appalling service at this GP surgery. As a community support worker, I've never encountered such unprofessional behavior. They consistently refuse to provide appointments and should be shut down. Upon arriving, I noticed a staff member idly staring into space, ignoring incoming phone calls. Another patient joined me in observing this unacceptable conduct. When I requested an appointment, I was told none were available. When I asked for the staff member's name, she became emotional and refused to identify herself. After obtaining a complaints form, she attempted to falsely accuse me of being threatening to her manager, even suggesting police involvement. Fortunately, another patient witnessed that I was completely calm and reasonable throughout the interaction. The staff's behavior was utterly disgraceful and completely unacceptable. Their lack of professionalism is shocking and unworthy of a medical practice.

Worst medical service ever shocking unprofessional care

Absolutely stunned!! The service is so horrendous it's alarming and should be completely shut down. They show zero empathy for patients and can't even be bothered to answer the phone. The staff seem incredibly incompetent, like children barely capable of doing their job. There's only one staff member who demonstrates any professionalism.
