Securing appointment slots presents a notable challenge. The nursing team deserves recognition for their dedication, though I do recall a previous team member who was particularly skilled and whose absence is noted. The administrative staff are approachable and competent; while appointment availability remains problematic, they manage scheduling and general enquiries with efficiency and professionalism. One team member in particular demonstrates exceptional professionalism and responsiveness when handling patient queries. Taking into account the broader pressures currently affecting general practice, this surgery ranks among the more effective practices available.

I have been registered with various GP practices throughout my time living in London since 2010. My experience at the practice in question has been considerably more negative than at other clinics I have attended. The team members have often come across as unprofessional and unwelcoming, and the clinicians have not always demonstrated a genuine willingness to engage with my concerns as a patient. On several occasions, I raised questions about a particular medication in relation to managing my symptoms. Rather than receiving clear clinical reasoning or being offered alternative options, I received responses that seemed inaccurate regarding the availability and prescribing of this treatment in the UK. These responses left me feeling dismissed and concerned that my genuine health needs were not being taken seriously. During one consultation, after I indicated I wished to discuss multiple health matters, the appointment ended abruptly in a manner I found distressing and disrespectful. This experience was notably different from my interactions at other GP practices, where such situations have been handled more professionally and considerately. Whilst I recognise that general practice involves significant pressures, this does not justify providing misleading information or responding to patients with hostility. The standard of care I received fell short of what I would expect from an NHS service and raised questions about whether professional standards were being upheld. I would encourage this practice to reflect on the experiences patients have reported. Those seeking medical care deserve to be treated with respect, honesty, and professionalism. I do not intend to return to this clinic and would advise others to carefully consider their options.

I have found this practice to be significantly below my expectations. My interactions with the clinical team have been disappointing, and I have had concerns about the accuracy of information provided during telephone communications. Obtaining appointments has proven to be a challenging process. Throughout my adult life, I have not encountered a practice that has left me feeling as dissatisfied. Switching back to my previous GP was the right choice for me. I would prefer to travel a considerable distance rather than continue receiving care at this location.
