Since I became pregnant and throughout my child's early years, now approaching two years old, the team has been there for us and seen us promptly whenever needed. Attempting to reach this practice by phone during afternoon hours proves to be extremely challenging. After waiting 24 minutes with only 2 callers ahead, and having made multiple attempts, I was unable to connect with anyone. It's unclear whether calls are being monitored. This experience has been quite frustrating.
