Throughout the years, I've grappled with Mental Health and Health Anxiety, and I've consistently received exceptional care from all healthcare professionals at Birchwood Medical Centre. Even the reception staff demonstrate remarkable empathy and consistently strive to offer support and assistance. While many individuals become frustrated with the limited appointment availability, I make a conscious effort to maintain perspective and understand that the reception staff, doctors, and nurses cannot control the volume of patients requiring services at any given time. They genuinely attempt to prioritize patients based on their specific care needs. One small suggestion: it would be beneficial to place a hand sanitiser next to the appointment touchscreen (though this may have already been addressed since my last visit).

She has an accent that suggests she hails from the southern regions, and she's truly wonderful—just like the rest of the team. They operate in high-pressure situations consistently. Having previously worked for both 111 and NHS Direct, I understand firsthand the demands of their roles. I sincerely hope they are compensated at least within Band 3 or ideally Band 4, as their hard work certainly deserves such recognition.
