Mixed experience with medical staff communication

I received a text prompting me to contact the medical office, and surprisingly, I actually got through. Joanne was delightful and helpful, but the person she transferred me to was incredibly rude and aggressive. This staff member desperately needs training on how to communicate professionally and treat patients with basic courtesy.

Arguably the most subpar general practitioner clinic imaginable. Attempt to schedule an appointment via phone, only to be directed to their app. Proceed to book through the app, then receive a callback informing you of a cancellation with no available slots for an entire month. Truly exceptional service, dripping with sarcasm.

The front desk personnel represent the initial interaction point and constitute the most significant problem. Their demeanor is appallingly unprofessional across the board. Good practice

Have been with this practice for ten years dr Anthony was my doctor so finding g it very difficult I now see Dr Muhammad but I had to wait six weeks to see him for a follow up appointment Lorraine and Lisa are lovely the rest unfortunately not so this was a fi e star practice ruined by the NHS run by a government who does not want it anyway
