Waited 40 minutes past my scheduled 10:10am appointment time with zero updates or explanation about the delay. Their room assignment display screen is malfunctioning and provides no audio alerts, rendering it essentially useless and creating confusion for patients.

Cora made my blood test painless

I've visited this medical center twice now, and my experience has been positive so far. (Prior to my visits, I had encountered numerous critical reviews, which made me somewhat apprehensive) I underwent blood work today, and Cora was exceptionally kind. She demonstrated remarkable understanding when I expressed my anxiety and used an incredibly gentle technique while drawing blood. Her approach was truly effective in helping me feel at ease.

Friendly staff help with baby's care

A truly flexible medical practice - they've been exceptional in scheduling appointments and supporting me with my infant. Booking consultations is straightforward, and the front desk personnel are consistently friendly and supportive. There's one staff member (whose name escapes me, but I suspect they might be the subject of some workplace humor) who comes across as slightly brusque, but this seems to be purely their phone demeanor, and they still manage to handle tasks effectively. I suspect some other reviewers might have simply encountered a no-nonsense approach that doesn't suit everyone's taste!!

Loved my doctor, hated the receptionist Jackie

I've been a patient at this practice for nearly two decades. Dr Doyin is absolutely wonderful. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the reception staff. Throughout the years, I've encountered multiple discourteous receptionists, but Jackie stands out as the worst. Her demeanor is inexcusably hostile and abrasive without any justification. While we recognize the challenges facing the NHS, this level of unprofessionalism is truly unacceptable.

Overpriced letter with terrible service from Jackie

Spent 50 pounds for a compensation injury letter, and they demanded payment upfront before even starting. After paying, they're now saying it'll take up to 28 days to complete. I urgently need this letter returned and sent out before the deadline. Paying 50 quid for just a few lines feels completely ridiculous. Jackie initially promised immediate action once payment was made, but now she's changing her story. Fifty pounds just to wait 28 days? Absolutely unacceptable. Based on other reviews, Jackie seems too unprofessional to work in any medical setting and should be removed from their team.

I'm relatively new to this medical practice, having been a patient for just a short time, but my experience has been exceptional so far. Their electronic consultations remain accessible in the afternoon, eliminating the stressful early morning scramble I encountered previously. They've been impressively responsive to these consultations. The practice still offers phone-based appointment scheduling, and their appointment availability is satisfactory (around a month for non-urgent matters, which seems fair, and they're consistently accommodating with same-day appointments when necessary). Without exception, every healthcare professional I've interacted with—from doctors and nurses to pharmacists and reception staff—has been outstanding.

Shanice's unhelpful attitude ruined my visit

The medical professionals at this practice are top-notch, but the receptionist (Shanice) acts like she's a doctor, which is incredibly exasperating. It's deeply troubling when you interact with the front desk staff and are simply directed to call NHS111, even for infant children, with zero compassion or concern for a child's well-being. If I'm required to contact 111, what's the point of being registered with this surgery? I'm astounded that such staff members are employed here, as they are clearly undermining the practice's reputation. I'm equally surprised that the management hasn't taken any corrective action. I'm not typically one to complain, but in this instance, I felt compelled to speak up.

Rude receptionist ruined my doctor visit

Hi everyone - I've been living in this area for a while now, and I've consistently appreciated this medical practice. However, my recent experience has been a stark contrast to my previous positive interactions. I encountered a new receptionist who was shockingly unprofessional. During our first conversation, I initially attributed her rudeness to her potentially having a bad day. Sadly, a second interaction confirmed that her behavior was consistently unhelpful and dismissive. She seemed eager to end our call abruptly, quickly redirecting me to dial 111 instead of assisting me. What should have been a straightforward issue that could be easily resolved became a frustrating experience. I'm genuinely disappointed that such an uncooperative staff member could potentially damage the reputation of an otherwise excellent practice. Every other staff member I've encountered at this GP surgery has been friendly and supportive, and I genuinely believe this particular receptionist is not a good fit for their team.
