Morning call left me feeling awful

People seem to lack compassion and warmth these days. The morning receptionist at the GP's office was incredibly harsh and completely unhelpful - possibly the most unpleasant interaction I've ever experienced. I deeply regret having to make that phone call. Her unprofessional attitude completely destroyed my entire day. It's clear she has no empathy or understanding of what patients might be experiencing. I wish people would pause and truly listen before responding, and try to show some basic human kindness. In the end, I can't help but feel sad for her, wondering what difficult circumstances might have made her so bitter and unable to treat others with respect.

Friendly staff made all the difference

I'm perplexed by the low ratings for this medical practice. Throughout my time here, every staff member has been absolutely wonderful. They demonstrate genuine compassion and attentiveness, consistently making extra effort to assist patients. I've only consulted one general practitioner, who was exceptional and provided tremendous support. Among the three surgeries I've been registered with, this one stands out as the top choice. Having worked in a GP surgery and previously as a receptionist, I fully understand the demanding nature of reception work. Missed diagnosis left our son suffering

The medical staff here lack professionalism, and the front desk employees are completely unresponsive to phone inquiries. During our recent visit regarding our child's health, they dismissively attributed his symptoms to a common cold. Later that day, a private clinic properly examined him and identified laryngitis and an ear infection, which required a week of antibiotic treatment. For anyone concerned about receiving quality healthcare, I strongly recommend steering clear of this facility.

If zero were an option, I'd choose it. The front desk staff consistently displays a hostile and uninviting demeanor that creates significant discomfort for me. Despite repeatedly requesting a single document over a quarter of a year, I'm continually met with excuses about being unable to assist, when I'm absolutely certain they are capable. Rude afternoon receptionist ruins patient experience

The afternoon phone receptionist is hands-down the most discourteous individual I've ever encountered. Previously, I was fortunate and rarely needed to schedule medical appointments or interact with anyone except the pleasant blonde staff member. Recently, I've had more frequent contact with the practice, and the alternate receptionist consistently appears irritable and curt. Her professionalism is severely lacking, and it seems she has received minimal customer service training. Whenever I've attempted to ask a question, I've been met with an utterly dismissive demeanor. While I can personally tolerate such treatment, reading other patient accounts makes me deeply distressed, knowing that vulnerable individuals experiencing pain are being subjected to such disrespectful interactions.

Dangerous doctors ignored patient's crucial notes

Regrettably, this medical practice is marred by discriminatory physicians. The entire surgery demonstrates an appalling lack of patient care. They provide minimal assistance to those seeking medical help. I strongly advise against choosing this facility, as their incompetence could potentially cause unnecessary patient suffering. Do yourself a favor and avoid the risk of health complications due to their indifference. It's truly disappointing, as I deeply respect the NHS and its mission. However, this particular surgery operates with complete disregard for standard protocols. It's a shameful, harmful, and potentially life-threatening environment for any patient who seeks treatment there. 21/04/2021 Tragically, a close acquaintance has lost their life because a doctor failed to review the patient's medical records and prescribed medication to which they were allergic. Rest in peace, my beloved brother. Life should not have ended this way.
