When I contacted the medical office regarding my son's ear infection, their response was dismissive. They simply advised me to go to the pharmacy and claimed it wasn't an emergency. Their approach seems to involve dismissing patient concerns and determining who is "sick enough" to merit an appointment. Misdiagnosed and missed stitches nightmare

I've been a patient at this medical practice for nearly a decade. Throughout most of those years, I rarely required medical attention, but whenever I did, it was always a complete nightmare! Initially, I was prescribed incorrect medication. Subsequently, I received an inaccurate diagnosis. When I presented my health concern, the physician initially dismissed it as unimportant and was reluctant to examine me, eventually referring me to the hospital. The reception staff are incredibly discourteous. The nurse demonstrated incompetence when removing my stitches, accidentally overlooking one, which forced me to return for additional treatment. I am now actively seeking to change healthcare providers! The practice is absolutely terrible! I strongly advise others to stay away, regardless of how appealing its exterior might appear – do not be deceived by its superficial presentation!

Morning registration frustration at birdhurst

My wife called Birdhurst Medical Practice and was assured over the phone that we could both register with her passport, as she works in the city and finding time to come in would be challenging due to her early work hours. Upon arrival this morning, the receptionist insisted my wife must personally verify her identity. What a pointless waste of time! The receptionist then complained about being overwhelmed with work and couldn't process our registration until next week - hardly acceptable standards for a medical practice. She made this statement before I even explained our purpose for registering. After sharing our registration intent, she arbitrarily declared our medical need as non-urgent. First, she lacked complete information to make such a determination, and second, as a receptionist, she has no business making medical judgments that could potentially endanger patients' health. We will be taking our business elsewhere. This review serves to warn other potential patients about the substandard service and unhelpful staff at this surgery, suggesting they might find better care at alternative practices.

Rude receptionist ruined my doctor signup

Utterly atrocious 'customer support' - and I use that term loosely - delivered by the most incompetent and dismissive blonde female receptionist imaginable. Previously, I had registered my identification with a far more competent staff member and collected paperwork to complete at home. Upon returning today with my completed documents, this contemptuous individual claimed she couldn't locate my records after a perfunctory 10-second search, brazenly suggesting I was fabricating my previous interaction. Her blatant refusal to conduct a thorough search, combined with her hostile and unprofessional demeanor, forced me - despite being unwell - to abandon my registration and seek alternative medical services. Her conduct is completely unacceptable, and she is fundamentally unsuited to her role. Her behavior is nothing short of shameful and reflects terribly on the entire organization.
