I feel compelled to provide feedback about our interactions with the entire team at Bishopgate Medical Centre. In a single word: exceptional. The level of customer service and professional conduct demonstrated by all staff members, under Dr MacDonald's leadership, was truly remarkable. The compassionate and understanding approach they showed towards our family, which includes two senior mothers aged 92 and 96, was deeply touching. We found absolutely no cause for criticism whatsoever.
