Frustrating registration process with zero communication

Attempting to register has been an absolute nightmare. We've submitted the registration form repeatedly, even going as far as visiting the reception desk to verify we were completing everything accurately. The receptionist assured us we had done everything right and the form was processed. Despite this, we consistently receive no response and are forced to restart the entire frustrating process from scratch.

Blackfriars has been incredibly supportive in my journey to obtaining an Autism diagnosis and ensuring my comfort while using their services. I want to express my gratitude to Emma, who was crucial in helping me get referred. She genuinely listened to my concerns, validated my feelings, and my suspicion of being autistic, ultimately leading to my diagnosis. During our mental health check-ins, she continued to be attentive and understanding. Dr Asaf has also been tremendously supportive. Our regular mental health catch-ups have been essential for my well-being. He creates a welcoming environment during appointments, making me feel at ease and never judged for my challenges. He understands my autism-related needs and accommodates me by allowing early appointments during quieter times, which helps reduce potential stress and delays. The reception staff and app responses have been equally helpful. I appreciate being able to message them with questions and concerns, gaining the clarity I need. Terrible service and complete medical incompetence

Complete disappointment and zero competence from staff regarding women's health services. Arrived for my scheduled annual exam, which was previously confirmed by their medical team this month, only to be informed it's not due for another 3 years, completely disregarding my family's medical history. My only option is to seek private care. The attending nurse then attempted to shift blame onto me, claiming they sent a letter about the next appointment date - yet their incompetent staff couldn't update my address despite 6 separate email and phone communications!!! Thanks for maintaining your consistently useless standard. :)

I was instructed during my consultation to schedule an appointment at the front desk, as they apparently handle one inquiry at a time. Upon reaching the reception, the staff member was extremely unpleasant, insisting I could only book via phone between 8-9 AM, despite the doctor just moments earlier telling me I could arrange it right there. Now, after reviewing feedback from Blackfriars, I've discovered you actually accept appointment requests through multiple channels like email and online platforms all day long. So why was I turned away and not provided proper guidance? Additionally, I completed a contact request form on the website, and surprisingly, no one ever reached out to me.
