Dangerous medical practice with arrogant and incompetent doctors
An incredibly substandard medical practice that potentially endangers patient welfare. The staff consists of inexperienced young physicians who consistently make inappropriate clinical judgments, including biased and discriminatory assumptions. They consistently refuse essential medical treatments even when standard protocols clearly indicate necessity, and frequently demonstrate unprofessional behaviors with confrontational attitudes towards already vulnerable patients. It's glaringly obvious that most, if not all, lack genuine university-level medical training and have instead entered through alternative educational pathways. Their underlying approach seems to be, "I'm the authoritative doctor, and you're just a patient - I inherently know more than you!" They categorically refuse to listen, even when patients are providing critical diagnostic information, and routinely dismiss reported symptoms as non-existent. Such symptoms are, by definition, something only the patient could authentically experience, and disregarding this personal medical knowledge represents a serious risk to patient safety and a broader public health issue. Moreover, they demonstrate complete unresponsiveness to formal complaints or external inquiries and regularly misplace or lose critical medical samples and test results.

I can't understand why people are criticizing this medical practice. Over my 18-month experience, I've encountered several health issues that they've addressed quickly and effectively. Their purpose isn't to be your emotional support or closest companion. If they successfully treat you, be grateful. UPDATE 2 years later: Now I fully comprehend. The physicians are excellent. The front desk staff, however, is problematic. Called on Friday to schedule an appointment. They claimed they don't accept phone bookings (contradicting previous statements from the owner online). They instructed me to use the website. The staff spoke to me condescendingly, implying I was incompetent for not knowing to use the AskMpGp button instead of the standard appointment booking button, and then abruptly ended the call when I sought clarification. The customer service interaction felt reminiscent of the brusque, dismissive style of Kenneth Du Beke from the TV show Benidorm.
