Hot doc's scheduling system is unreliable, causing unnecessary frustration. I wasted a valuable day off only to be informed that my appointment was not actually confirmed. The service lacks human empathy and feels impersonal, treating patients like mere data points rather than individuals with real needs and time constraints.

They guided me compassionately through a challenging mental health period and helped me gain genuine insight into my health concerns. Update: Recently, they've developed a troubling pattern of abruptly disconnecting phone calls while patients are waiting. They've also eliminated their email contact point without updating the NHS website, effectively preventing communication for those unable to speak, thus blocking access to necessary support. Update 2: Their current practice involves cancelling critical appointments without any notification, which results in patients losing wages and remaining in vulnerable positions. It's worth noting that these issues are unrelated to the actual medical care provided by the doctors.

Called on Monday, October 11th, and was instructed to call back on Wednesday at 8 a.m. After 47 attempts to reach someone, the receptionist remained unhelpful and abruptly terminated the call with an dismissive attitude.
