Nightmare medical experience with zero compassion
The most disastrous medical experience I've ever had. Discourteous, heartless front desk staff, and at least one incredibly unprofessional physician. My referral paperwork vanished after submission, and they brazenly lied, claiming I'd never completed the forms when asked to redo them. Additionally, after waiting months with no update, I was instructed to contact the referral center, only to discover they'd misdirected my documents. The clinic even acknowledged receiving notification about the correct referral destination but took no action. Despite being aware of my anxiety and panic disorder medication, they transformed the entire process into such a traumatic ordeal that I was forced to escalate to management, who initially became confrontational. To make matters worse, a doctor abruptly terminated our phone call when I requested an alternative physician to explain my situation!!!! Not a single apology was ever extended! Completely incompetent and an absolutely dreadful healthcare facility.

Our long-awaited appointment was abruptly canceled after more than a month of anticipation. The receptionist we interacted with displayed an incredibly unprofessional attitude, adamantly refusing to provide any explanation for the cancellation beyond dismissively stating that we had no right to know and were essentially insignificant. When we requested her name, she flatly declined to identify herself. While this might be an isolated occurrence, this particular staff member desperately needs to improve her interpersonal communication skills, as we were completely courteous and simply sought a straightforward clarification.

Gp receptionists need compassion and understanding now
Why do GP receptionists always come across as dismissive when you're dealing with a health issue, whether mental or physical? It takes tremendous courage to reach out to the doctor, especially for mental health concerns, and the last thing anyone needs is an abrupt, curt response that cuts you off mid-explanation. These receptionists seem to assume you can simply wait for days or handle things in a specific way. Unprofessional staff ruin patient experience at surgery
This medical practice is extremely poorly managed. The receptionists are consistently discourteous, unhelpful, and judgmental. Moreover, a nurse flagrantly violated patient confidentiality by discussing my appointment details loudly with receptionists, within earshot of other waiting patients. She also deliberately misrepresented events to avoid responsibility and was extremely rude. She was an arrogant individual who displayed a dismissive attitude from the outset. Consequently, whenever I contact the practice, the receptionists respond with sneers and hostility. I remain deeply distressed by this experience. While the doctors themselves seem competent, actually accessing their care is challenging. The receptionists and nursing staff urgently require comprehensive training in handling patients with learning disabilities, understanding professional communication, and maintaining basic courtesy. Their habit of publicly discussing sensitive information with raised voices is unprofessional and inappropriate. However, I recognize that filing a complaint would likely be futile, as fair consideration seems improbable.

Chaos and confusion at medical reception desk
Absolutely appalling customer service from the front desk team. They erroneously claimed I missed an appointment that they themselves had rescheduled due to a nurse's illness. When I arrived at the newly designated time, I was falsely accused of not showing up. Then they bizarrely informed me my appointment was actually on a completely different day. I had to correct them, explaining this was specifically for a medication review. The receptionist, Lorraine, was unhelpful, and after waiting 10 minutes, the manager Jackie emerged with a weak excuse that the staff who originally changed my appointment had spoken too quickly. Seriously, what a ridiculous and unprofessional situation!!!!!@@
