Frustrating visit with limited medical assistance

My visit went smoothly, as I consulted with the doctor who provided me with the necessary medical forms for a blood test. However, when I attempted to schedule an appointment with the nurse, no available slots were open. Consequently, I was directed to St Thomas Hospital to complete the blood test, since Royal London Hospital declined to process blood tests referred by a GP. Thank you. Bobo Nsongo.

Was good. Now absolutely awful.

Before Covid in 2020 this was such a good surgery that seemed to really care about its patients and had great relations with its patients. Then in 2020 they exploited the pandemic to lockout everyone and make it impossible to get routine medical advice and help. Eventually and with obvious reluctance they reopened their doors and the new regime began: You can't now walk in and get an appointment, you can't now walk in and book an appointment or even phone up and book an appointment. You can only fill in an online form to APPLY to be considered for an appointment and the online form is closed when there are no further slots forcing everyone to enter this race. It's horrific and I resent it.
