Terrible healthcare experience at local medical centre
The entire service lacks efficiency. I've completely lost confidence in NHS services, with Bollington Medical Centre standing out as arguably the most subpar GP practice I've encountered. The back-office reception staff demonstrate poor attitude (though the front-facing staff are delightful). The PATCHS system is clearly malfunctioning. A recommendation to the practice: When a specific care service cannot be provided, clear communication should be the primary approach from the outset.

Incredibly impressive experience from start to finish. Despite a slight delay with my 8.00 slot starting at 12.05, the physician was both compassionate and meticulously detailed (special thanks to Dr. YB) and even proactively scheduled a subsequent consultation. As an added bonus, I successfully arranged a blood test for tomorrow morning at 8.20. Our remarkable local NHS facility is truly a community treasure. Heartfelt gratitude to the Bollington Waterside practice.

Great staff, terrible communication system
The staff at this practice are fantastic. They're genuinely friendly and supportive. Several of the physicians are exceptionally intelligent and competent. The doctor who also works in the emergency department would absolutely deserve a perfect rating - he's outstanding. So why am I only giving one star? It's straightforward: reaching them is incredibly challenging. The previous web-based contact platform, Ask my GP, was completely ineffective and has been appropriately discontinued. Unfortunately, the replacement system, Patches, is equally frustrating, frequently unavailable and difficult to navigate. Attempting to contact the practice by telephone is equally problematic.
