Horrible medical experience with terrible service
Absolute disaster of a medical procedure in Cornwall, possibly the worst in the UK. Prescription handling is terrible, with ridiculous delays of at least a week before you can even pick up your medication. Staff attitude is completely unprofessional and discourteous.

GP failed to refer until chased 5 times, ignoring my request for an update on all occasions. Finally the referral was made but then rejected by referral team as the x-ray was not sent with the paperwork. This has now sat with the GP for two months with them twiddling their fingers and doing nothing with it. The NHS doesn't need any extra funding, it just needs professionals to do their damn job properly the first time.

Pharmacy staff lacks basic customer service skills
Yet again, I've experienced poor service. While waiting to pick up my prescription, a staff member walked by the counter and completely ignored my presence. When the young man came to open the window, she finally looked up, displaying a dismissive attitude. Her lack of professionalism was evident, as she seemed more focused on chatting with her coworker than providing attentive patient care.

I was unable to obtain my partner's prescription as a type one diabetic who requires a Dexcom. I was informed that it wouldn't be possible to access it for three months because of budget limitations on prescriptions.

Disappointing service with no clear communication
quality has declined, and it's not solely due to the pandemic. the operation seems poorly managed. as of today, 02/06/22, the facility was closed, and tintagel surgery was also shut down without any clarification or communication provided.
