Foot Problem Solved by Dr. Khan

Dr. Khan has been a true medical hero in my life. Whenever I required support, he was consistently present, expertly navigating me through my healthcare challenges. His professional knowledge enabled me to secure an additional referral to another medical facility, which ultimately resulted in resolving my pain completely. Dr. Khan's unwavering commitment and remarkable medical abilities make him an outstanding physician. I am deeply thankful for his exceptional care regarding my foot condition. I can say with absolute certainty that when future medical needs arise, Dr. Khan will undoubtedly be my preferred general practitioner.

Frustrating wait led to late-night A&E visit

Called the medical office to schedule an appointment after being assured the doctor would review my message and contact me. After receiving no response, I followed up past noon seeking an update. Following a heated discussion, I was advised to visit the emergency department due to changes in my breathing. Ultimately, I was grudgingly given a late evening appointment at 20:30. I am thoroughly dissatisfied with the quality of care provided by this practice.

Terrible Care from Dr. Hakeem at Surgery

When I first arrived from Pakistan and resided in BD7, the medical center's staff initially seemed responsible. However, after relocating and changing surgeries, I now regret not staying with my previous healthcare provider. My son developed a sore throat infection, and the doctor, Hakeem, carelessly dismissed it without prescribing medication. When I sought an appointment, he bizarrely requested I send pictures through patches - which is completely absurd. Later, my husband visited the surgery, and the doctor again insisted on receiving pictures. Incredibly, he claimed there was no need for an in-person consultation and sent a prescription to the pharmacist. When I went in the evening, I was only given ibuprofen. The consequence is that now my entire family has contracted the sore throat infection due to this doctor's negligence.

GP Who Visited Mom in Hospital

What can I say about this medical practice and its healthcare professionals. They truly excel at delivering exceptional care despite limited resources. The primary doctor is outstanding and has been our family physician for over two decades. When my mother experienced a severe stroke and was in critical condition, the GP remarkably made time to visit her in the hospital! I can't think of another doctor who would demonstrate such dedication. The practice nurse is equally impressive and compassionate. She consistently takes a thorough approach to understanding patient concerns. My mother is so fond of her that she refuses to let any other nurse handle her medical needs. The Advanced Care Practitioner is also an excellent professional who manages many tasks the main doctor cannot address. He is incredibly knowledgeable and approachable, often taking the time to sit with me and carefully listen to my health concerns. Overall, this is an exceptional practice that strives to provide top-quality care in a challenging community environment. Congratulations to The Bradford Moor Practice and may you continue your outstanding work. You are truly valued and deeply appreciated by me. 😊

Doctor who actually listened at 2pm

I was scheduled to see Dr Khan at 2:10 pm this afternoon. It seems he maintains a part-time practice at this facility. Throughout my consultation, he meticulously walked me through every aspect of my appointment, and his professional approach was impeccable. Having encountered numerous unsatisfactory medical interactions previously, I was pleasantly surprised to finally consult a physician who genuinely paid attention to my concerns. Continue delivering such excellent care!

Waited 3 Weeks for Ignored Test Results

If I could assign a zero rating, I absolutely would. While it's disheartening to discover other patients have encountered similarly horrific experiences with this medical practice, I'm somewhat relieved I'm not alone. I'm incredibly thankful I've now switched healthcare providers and strongly recommend others do the same. The breaking point for me was enduring over three weeks of waiting for test results, with each inquiry met by receptionists promising callbacks that never materialized. I requested to speak with Shaheen five separate times and received zero response. Upon finally obtaining my results, a temporary GP demonstrated complete indifference to my concerns and summarily dismissed them. Additionally, I've had to personally track down missed blood tests and chase missing documentation I had originally requested. The behavior of certain receptionists and 'healthcare assistants' is beyond frustrating. I'm genuinely astounded this practice continues to operate, as their service is utterly deplorable. Consequently, I've formally lodged a complaint with NHS England, believing no patient should ever experience such abysmal treatment.

Doctor ZK Ignored My Urgent Pain

Terrible encounter. Initially, when I reached out to schedule a consultation, they directed me to use patches. I shared all my personal information and medical concerns. The physician, Dr. ZK, simply responded with "Go to pharmacy." I had been suffering for 48 hours. He neither booked a follow-up nor provided any medication prescription, and abruptly terminated our communication channel without hearing my perspective. Absolutely no value in having a primary care provider. Truly a horrendous experience.

Awful doctor who bullies patients

The medical staff, especially Dr. Hakeem, are incredibly disrespectful. He systematically belittles patients, making them feel insignificant and worthless. His treatment of elderly patients is particularly appalling, showing zero compassion or empathy. I'm extremely relieved I escaped this terrible medical practice when I did. It's my sincere hope this clinic gets shut down, as they clearly fail to provide any semblance of proper patient care. Dr. Hakeem appears motivated solely by financial gain, displaying a complete lack of professional ethics. He's a despicable individual, and I genuinely hope he experiences the consequences of his cruel behavior.

Worst Care Under Dr Hussain at This Practice

I'm at a loss for words. The decline of this medical practice is utterly unbelievable. The contrast between the excellence under Dr Falls and the current abysmal state with Dr Hussain / Hakeem is beyond comprehension. I'm so disheartened that I actively avoid seeking medical care here, even when critically necessary, due to the appalling patient treatment. I'm now relocating to a more distant practice where I won't be made to feel like an inconvenience for simply seeking medical attention. I will absolutely be escalating this matter to the ombudsman.

Nightmare at the hospital with Dr. Hakeem

These physicians are absolutely terrible, with Dr. Hakeem being the absolute worst. My encounter was horrendous when he obstinately declined to complete my mother-in-law's death certificate over an incredibly trivial matter. He demonstrates zero compassion and represents the epitome of unprofessional conduct, barely deserving the title of doctor. We were incredibly fortunate that another physician in the ward showed genuine humanity and agreed to sign the certificate - truly a blessing in disguise. The entire staff is discourteous and unpleasant, and I will unquestionably be changing my general practitioner immediately.

Rude Staff Ruined My Private Consultation

I encountered an absolutely terrible experience with the staff who were incredibly disrespectful and arrogant, acting like they're superior medical professionals. I'm certain I won't return to this practice since my healthcare requirements were completely ignored. However, if you're willing to pay privately, they'll provide immediate appointments and see you on the same day without delay.

Terrible Patient Care at Bradford Surgery

Where to begin. #1. Despite covid restrictions being lifted in the UK for 10 months, the surgery continues to maintain locked doors, forcing patients to request entry and communicate sensitive information through a reception window. This practice violates patient privacy, breaches GDPR regulations and NHS charter, and potentially creates safeguarding risks for vulnerable individuals. #2. Obtaining a GP appointment is virtually impossible. In the past year, my wife and I have only consulted a fully qualified doctor twice. Any attempt to seek treatment results in being redirected to a Nurse Practitioner. Patients must first disclose confidential medical concerns to an untrained receptionist who emails the GP to determine whether the patient "deserves" attention - despite the doctor being paid with taxpayer and NHS funding. #3. Securing a referral is equally challenging. For the past month, my wife has been attempting to obtain a specialist treatment referral, repeatedly told the medical secretary is absent. Upon follow-up calls, she is either given the same excuse or summarily hung up on. The reception team appears to forget they are NHS employees meant to serve the public, not mistreat vulnerable and desperate patients. #4. Medication requests are routinely ignored, leaving patients without essential medications and receiving no explanation or apology from the surgery. #5. Any complaint or expression of dissatisfaction is met with accusations of being "abusive" and immediate call termination. The reception staff and practice manager seem more interested in avoiding accountability than addressing systemic failures in their duty of care. Anyone seeking a GP surgery in Bradford should look elsewhere. Here, you will encounter abuse, neglect, and malpractice rather than treatment or assistance. I will be escalating my complaints to the ombudsman, CQC, patient advocacy, and NHS Trust, as this surgery desperately requires external oversight to prevent profiting from patients' suffering.

Endless Wait for Mom's Doctor Callback

On Friday, November 4th, 2022, I was informed that my mum required a medical appointment, and I was instructed to call at 8am Monday morning. Upon doing so, I was told she needed triage and a doctor would call back. However, by 11:30, no doctor had contacted us, so I rang the surgery again, only to be repeatedly told to wait for the doctor's call. THE STAFF ARE INCREDIBLY UNHELPFUL AND IMPOSSIBLE TO COMMUNICATE WITH. I even spoke to the receptionist who initially said my mum needed to see a doctor, and she maintained we must continue waiting, despite acknowledging the urgent need for an appointment. THIS MEDICAL PRACTICE IS COMPLETELY USELESS - THEY SEEM SOLELY FOCUSED ON BEING A COVID TESTING CENTER AND HOW IMPRESSIVE THEY THINK THEY ARE. They clearly don't care about the actual patients on their register, only caring about getting paid.

Rude receptionists ruined my doctor's visit

A reprehensible establishment. The receptionists, including supervisor ANN MARIE, display an utterly unprofessional attitude, consistently implying patients are wrong and staff infallible. Their conduct warrants documentation and serious scrutiny. During my recent appointment, the physician spent excessive time on a phone call with Specsavers, providing minimal communication about my referral status. When instructed to submit a urine sample, ANN MARIE and another receptionist aggressively denied the doctor's instructions, as if they were present during the consultation. The practice's quality has dramatically deteriorated since DR AL AZAB's retirement. I intend to escalate my complaint to both the local council and health ombudsman. Their approach seems more focused on confrontation than patient care. The facility is absolutely deplorable! ANN MARIE's callous statement to my mother - "if you don't like how we operate, leave" - demonstrates their shocking disregard for patient experience. My anger extends far beyond mere frustration; I am utterly enraged by their contemptible behavior.

Allergic Reaction After Phone Consultation Nightmare

Night shifts called early morning at 8am for an appointment, asked me to send pictures which I refused. Reception stated a doctor would contact me, and he did, but I wanted an in-person consultation. Instead, he diagnosed me over the phone. I collected the prescribed medicine from the chemist, but then experienced a severe allergic reaction that caused my face to swell dramatically. The reception staff display poor attitude and rarely answer phone calls, and some of the doctors seem arrogant. This surgery was featured on Look North and T&A for its substandard service.

Dismissive Doctors Ignored My Ear Surgery Concerns

These are undoubtedly the most incompetent medical professionals I've ever encountered.... negligent doctors who consistently attempt to deflect and avoid patient interactions. In every situation, they try to redirect responsibilities to the pharmacy or 111 service. I underwent ear surgery three days ago, and my bandage was causing significant pain and appeared unclean. Since yesterday, I've been attempting to contact my GP (my primary medical point of contact) to determine if the bandage requires changing. However, my doctor chose to communicate through his secretary during our phone conversation, and when I requested direct communication, they abruptly terminated the call. I am not a medical expert, and they fail to comprehend this fundamental fact. They do not understand that patients contact them out of genuine health concerns, not for casual conversation. Sometimes we merely seek confirmation or clarification about our medical condition, yet instead of showing empathy, they casually refer us to Google. While other medical practices remain accessible, they maintain a closed-door policy—imagine being unable to directly approach your GP. The absurdity reaches new heights when, for something as simple as providing a urine sample, they direct patients to a separate nursery adjacent to their facility, forcing patients to navigate additional inconveniences despite being their clientele.

Terrible service at this doctor's office

Hands down, this medical practice is an absolute nightmare. My son's blood tests were conducted three weeks back, and I've been relentlessly pursuing the results for over a week, consistently receiving empty promises that the message will be forwarded to the physician. Booking an appointment is practically impossible, and it seems the doctor exclusively prioritizes private patients. The only time they ever reach out is when they're pushing flu vaccinations. The entire situation is completely unacceptable and infuriating.

Quick and smooth covid vaccine experience

I received my COVID vaccinations at this medical facility. The entire team, from administrative personnel to clinical professionals, was exceptional—courteous, well-informed, and supportive. I felt completely at ease and confident throughout the process. Despite the high-pressure environment during the pandemic, the clinic maintained impeccable hygiene standards and operated with remarkable efficiency, almost like a well-orchestrated system.
