Terrible Care at My Local Practice

I am extremely frustrated. I URGENTLY NEED TO SEE MY DOCTOR AS I AM SERIOUSLY ILL. The staff insist I use online services or explain my symptoms remotely, but I'm not technologically capable. The doctors and personnel have a dismissive attitude and seem completely uninterested in providing any actual assistance. They're clearly just collecting their salaries from taxpayer funds. I have no alternative but to contact the Care Quality Commission and my local Member of Parliament. This situation is completely unacceptable and must be addressed. This is a public health service, not a private healthcare enterprise. They appear more focused on running a profitable vaccination center than attending to genuine patient needs. What goes around comes around. Those responsible for this incompetent system will ultimately face consequences for their actions. I am thoroughly disappointed.

Overpriced Surgery with Rude Staff

The surgical practice's pricing is suspiciously low. They force patients to purchase medications out-of-pocket, despite items that should be prescription-covered. Practice Manager Amy consistently displays unprofessional behavior, habitually interrupting and dismissing patient concerns. Some individuals simply cannot afford over-the-counter medications, yet Dr. Hakeem deliberately avoids prescription options to save himself expenses. He consistently recommends patients buy medications independently, despite having alternative prescription medications available. This approach is fundamentally unethical. I strongly caution against choosing this practice, as patients will inevitably spend significantly more money on treatments that should be covered. Absolutely unacceptable. Get your act together.

During these challenging times when many individuals are finding it hard to even reach their medical practice, let alone receive proper attention, I encountered an exceptional encounter at my local clinic recently. I phoned the surgery early in the day and was immediately connected without any hassle. I relayed a message for Dr. Hakeem with the receptionist, and by the time I returned home from work, Dr. Hakeem had already processed my prescription, sent it to my neighborhood pharmacy, and it was promptly delivered through my mail slot. Constructing on the premises is problematic... absolutely forbidden. The front desk personnel display an incredibly rude demeanor.. acting as if they're quasi-medical professionals.. Lacking even basic medical knowledge.. When you emphasize the personal nature of your concern and request a physician consultation.. They completely fail to comprehend the situation.. Terrible Reception Staff Missed My Serious Tonsillitis

The reception team displays poor listening skills. I explained my week-long sore throat and detailed my attempts with paracetamol and lozenges, yet they dismissively suggested seeing a pharmacist, claiming it's standard protocol for a "typical" sore throat. This advice is completely misguided. I only contacted the GP because my condition was deteriorating and I was experiencing excruciating pain. My lymph nodes are significantly swollen and the inflammation continues to worsen. FAILED TO RECEIVE TONSILLITIS TREATMENT due to reception staff's negligent oversight of basic medical assessment. Furthermore, as someone who pays for prescriptions, their blanket reference to "guidelines" is particularly frustrating and unhelpful.

Dr. Hakeem is Great, but Staff Ruins Everything

Dr. Hakeem is the sole redeeming quality of this healthcare facility, but accessing him is incredibly challenging. The remainder of the staff, particularly those at the reception, are completely incompetent. They consistently attempt to discourage patients from seeing doctors through various tactics. Even if you manage to secure a coveted appointment, they frequently contact you days in advance to cancel and suggest seeing an alternative physician instead of Dr. Hakeem. Furthermore, if you attempt to switch your general practitioner, the other doctors in this health center will deliberately block your registration. I am thoroughly disheartened and strongly recommend avoiding this surgery at all costs. If you're seeking a GP practice, look elsewhere - this place is absolutely not worth your time or effort. I am actively exploring options to formally report their unprofessional conduct.
