Frustrating wait times at this practice

I've been a patient at this medical practice for quite some time, and the scheduling situation is incredibly frustrating. Securing an appointment is nearly impossible because their phone lines are constantly jammed. To make matters worse, they frequently shut down during their supposed operating hours for staff training, which seems counterintuitive—why not conduct these sessions when they're already closed? This makes an already challenging appointment process even more difficult.

Terrible Care Left Me in Unbearable Pain

I experienced intense leg pain and consulted a female physician yesterday, who directed me to physiotherapy. Despite my excruciating discomfort that prevented me from moving all night, I'm now having to take more medication than necessary because the current treatment isn't providing relief. When I called today, they simply instructed me to get an x-ray done, with no consideration for my ongoing pain. This is absolutely my final interaction with them. While I acknowledge there are competent medical professionals, this particular doctor was completely unhelpful, and I will definitely not return to this practice. I'll be seeking alternative medical care until I can find a more responsive surgery.

Friendly doctors who really listen

I want to express my gratitude to the Doctor and team at this medical office. While phone lines can be challenging to get through due to high patient volume, my husband and I have consistently experienced courteous and supportive interactions with the staff. Dr Hakeem remains accessible and responsive about scheduling appointments. The negative experiences shared by others do not align with my personal encounters at this practice.

Frustrated at Sheffield GP's Language Barrier

I went to my GP appointment today, and when I tried to explain my issue with bowel syndrome, she claimed she couldn't comprehend what I was saying in English. She kept repeating this over and over! How can she be a doctor in England if she can't communicate effectively? I wasn't even able to complete my explanation before she abruptly told me goodbye, saying she had no time for me. This was my first and definitely my last day registering with this practice! I used to live in Sheffield, and the healthcare there was completely different and much better!
