Easy to book appointments compared to elsewhere

When I compare this to the healthcare service I was familiar with previously, I find this to be a good GP practice with accessible appointment availability, which is quite different from what I experienced before where obtaining an appointment was considerably more difficult. My family and I have continued with this practice even after our circumstances changed.
