Quick help for my skin problem

Recently relocated to this area, I've been battling perioral dermatitis. After successfully managing it for a year, it unexpectedly resurfaced, and I was struggling to control the condition. Having registered with the practice just a fortnight ago, I submitted a prescription request mere moments earlier. Dr Hill responded with incredible promptness, not only forwarding my prescription to the nearest pharmacy but also offering helpful management advice. I want to express my sincere appreciation for their exceptional responsiveness. The speed of their reply was truly astonishing, and I am immensely thankful. No doctors work here

I don't think there are any doctors at this practice. Since moving to the area in 2022 I have not been able to make an appointment with one at least. But the receptionist does a brilliant job in relaying info that she has available. She must get her info from somewhere but its not clear where. I think I have to go to a private doctor to get any worthwhile action from hereon. For what its worth, If I ran my business like this my customers would just disappear

Scheduling an appointment at this medical practice is utterly pointless since they consistently run at least a half-hour behind schedule. If you're bringing children, be prepared to wait endlessly. If the rating system allowed it, I'd give them zero stars without hesitation.

Today, Wednesday, September 4th, 2024, the website clearly advertised "Surgery open till 7pm" but when I rang the contact number at 6:08pm, a recorded message informed me that the surgery was already shut. I'm deeply frustrated, as I was genuinely hoping to consult with them about a critical health concern directly pertinent to their medical practice.
