Shocking healthcare failure puts vulnerable patient at risk

Absolutely disgraceful. As someone classified in the clinically extremely vulnerable category, my wife needed a doctor's letter for her 4th Covid vaccination via the NHS app. When she approached the medical practice, the receptionist claimed they were overwhelmed and refused to issue the necessary documentation. Her only suggested recourse was to reach out to a hospital consultant. The absurdity is beyond belief.

Terrible medical centre with zero patient care

This medical practice is an absolute disaster. Despite being told this was a superior clinic compared to the one across the street, my three-year experience has been anything but positive, and I'm not alone in this sentiment. Securing appointments, ordering medications, and obtaining accurate information has been a constant struggle, primarily due to the incredibly unhelpful, discourteous, and confrontational reception staff. As someone battling chronic pain that frequently confines me to bed for extended periods, their complete lack of empathy and dismissive attitude is appalling. They treat patients with total disregard and contempt!!!! My recommendation is to steer clear of this clinic at all costs! Following my recent interaction, I am definitively seeking alternative medical care. Ideally, other patients will recognize the poor treatment and seek healthcare elsewhere, ultimately forcing this unacceptable practice to shut down. A medical facility that demonstrates such blatant disrespect towards patients has no business operating in healthcare.

Terrible healthcare experience with uncaring medical staff

We've recently joined this medical practice, and within just a few months, it feels like we've gone from bad to worse. Dealing with prescriptions is an absolute nightmare, constantly having to follow up on my husband's medication. He's receiving palliative care and hasn't even had a single consultation with the GP, not even a courtesy phone call to check on his well-being. To make matters worse, the community nurses are equally unhelpful and unresponsive.

Frustrating and unprofessional blood test experience

Subpar customer service. I was directed to this facility for a blood test prior to a scan at The Christie because my regular practice had no open slots. Upon arrival, I was informed that a staff member was absent and I should have received a cancellation text. I waited for 30 minutes, hoping to be accommodated between other patients, but was ultimately told that no such arrangement was feasible. I'm relieved this isn't my standard medical provider.

Incredible doctors but frustrating practice management

I had been a loyal patient at this medical office for nearly two decades. Dr Goldspink 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟(and before her, Dr Riley🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟) is truly exceptional and supportive. Unfortunately, the practice manager's consistently poor attitude and lack of cooperation became unbearable, ultimately forcing me to seek care elsewhere. Since changing practices, I have found a much more satisfactory healthcare environment with a significantly more responsive and helpful team.
