Helpful staff made me feel listened to

The receptionist who took my call was extremely helpful, courteous and warm. My appointment ran on schedule. The clinician gave me their full attention, took my concerns seriously and provided a clear explanation of the matter, then took appropriate action based on what I had raised. Overall, it was a very positive experience and all members of staff demonstrated kindness and support throughout.

Prescriptions approved same day consistently

I have had an excellent experience at this surgery. The vast majority of the time, when I order my prescription in the morning, it has been approved by the afternoon. I recently completed an online consultation in the early afternoon regarding travel vaccines, and I received a call within forty minutes asking me to attend an appointment later that same day. The vaccines I required were administered during this visit, which saved me a considerable amount compared to private healthcare costs. The team has been consistently helpful.
