I have tremendous appreciation for the entire team based on my experience. As everyone understands, a team functions through collective effort rather than individual contribution. I feel deeply grateful to the practice. They have all provided care and support to my family member during a period of health challenge and to myself as well. The reception staff, pharmacy team, community nurses, practice nurses, and clinicians have all helped to enable what is essential for managing and sustaining care at home. I have the highest regard for all of you as I write this review. Thank you to everyone in every role you undertake.

Mostly good but one appointment disappointing

All good except for one clinician who provided a poor experience.

Quick and painless wisdom tooth extraction

Had my wisdom tooth extracted today by the dental team. I can honestly say I didn't feel a thing and I can't believe how quick the procedure was. Thank you to the team for their professional and calm manner throughout.

This practice provides an excellent service. The staff are really efficient and competent, and consistently helpful. One clinician in particular demonstrated impressive knowledge and expertise, while another team member showed exceptional skill in their clinical procedures.

Receptionists failed to pass on medication requests

Extremely disappointing experience. I left my previous practice due to poor service standards and switched to this surgery after reviewing positive feedback online, but unfortunately this proved to be an ineffective decision. After two months and multiple attempts to contact the practice, my repeat prescription still hasn't been arranged. The reception team has repeatedly neglected to communicate straightforward requests and information regarding my medication to the clinic, resulting in me running out of my prescribed medicine and having to borrow medication from family members. Perhaps I need to resort to unconventional methods outside the surgery to receive adequate care. I question what value is being provided for the fees patients are charged.

The team were courteous, though it felt somewhat obligatory rather than genuine. The service doesn't seem to match the standard we experienced during our initial visits.

Receptionists remembered my name and helped quickly

I would just like to thank the reception team and clinical staff here. I was visiting the area and developed facial swelling, so I called the surgery and was guided through the registration process to be seen by a doctor. They arranged an appointment promptly, and the clinician I saw was very pleasant and provided clear advice on what to do next. Unfortunately my condition deteriorated, so I called back and the receptionist was helpful in remembering my situation and booking me in again. When I returned, the doctor was able to resolve the issue. The entire team made me feel welcome throughout my visits, with both the reception staff and clinical staff being genuinely kind and professional. I wanted to express my sincere gratitude to everyone involved. This has been the best surgery and service I have experienced, and I'm very grateful to you all.
