If you're seeking medical care where your well-being is genuinely valued, steer clear of this place without hesitation. The receptionist's service is nothing short of disgraceful. Hearing them advise an elderly, critically ill patient—who battled cancer just last year—to simply add another blanket when she needed urgent medical attention is beyond comprehension. The level of insensitivity and unprofessionalism is shocking. They desperately need to retrain or replace their staff immediately!

Worst healthcare experience ever medical nightmare

Abysmal service with staff displaying a deplorable demeanor. They arbitrarily terminated critical medication through the pharmacy without any warning, conducted a subpar consultation, and had a receptionist brazenly label me a 'liar' when I mentioned not receiving a doctor's callback. They recklessly prescribed a highly addictive painkiller that was supposed to be followed by a mandatory telephone consultation before renewing the prescription—which never materialized. Avoid the frustration of traveling into town or enduring endless phone wait times; you're better off researching your symptoms online. Utterly chaotic and unprofessional!!

When other physicians dismissed my concerns, claiming I was too young to have any serious health issues, she took the time to truly listen. Her decision to refer me to the hospital for additional examinations a few years ago led to an early diagnosis. Whenever I've required assistance, they've been exceptionally supportive. I do miss the availability of the online consultation service, which was incredibly practical, but given the current strain on the NHS, I completely empathize if the staff lack the capacity to maintain that option.

Disappointing decline from once excellent medical practice

Once a fantastic medical practice under Dr. Scott's care, the quality has drastically declined since his retirement. I had been a loyal patient for years, appreciating his exceptional service, but the current state of the surgery is unbearable. Left with no alternative, I was forced to seek care elsewhere due to the practice's deteriorating standards. An absolutely dreadful experience.
