Frustrating experience with unresponsive medical practice

Recently joined this medical practice, and I'm currently underwhelmed. I've attempted multiple calls, but the wait times are excessively long before anyone picks up. When I finally do get through, the staff don't seem particularly accommodating or responsive to my needs, although I will acknowledge they maintain a courteous demeanor throughout our interactions.

Life-changing care with compassionate medical professional

Exceptional surgical care. I've been Dr. Scott's patient for a long time and his expertise is beyond reproach. It's often possible to secure a same-day appointment when another patient cancels. We should appreciate the tremendous challenges our general practitioners are facing right now.

Frustrating healthcare app with terrible booking system

Utterly ineffective for scheduling medical consultations ahead of time, constantly claiming no availability for a fortnight, but miraculously able to secure a slot if you call the same morning! Total disregard for individuals juggling professional commitments and childcare responsibilities.
