Passed midday and STILL NO SICK NOTE FOR MY EMPLOYER, what an incredibly incompetent service. I visited last week with a fractured shoulder and Dr. Hemin Omar promised to provide documentation for my workplace, yet nothing materialized all morning. It's a pathetic excuse for healthcare, and they clearly couldn't care less about patients.
