Caring doctors helped me through tests

It's common to hear complaints about the NHS, but my personal experience has been exceptional. From my initial consultation with Dr. Ahmed, who was direct and thorough in discussing potential health issues, to the swift arrangement of multiple hospital appointments, I've been thoroughly impressed. I was referred to Watford, St Alban's, and Mount Vernon hospitals for various diagnostic tests including X-rays, ultrasound, and a CT scan. While a definitive diagnosis is still pending and further tests are scheduled this week, the level of care and communication has been outstanding. My doctor has been consistently attentive, even taking the time to contact me personally after returning from holiday. I am truly grateful to all the healthcare professionals who have been involved in my care.

Kind nurse helped dad through tests

Fantastic visit to Bridgewater Surgery Meriden this morning. I accompanied my elderly father, who is 89 and struggles with dementia and mobility, for his blood work. The entire process was incredibly smooth and accommodating. Our wait time was minimal, just 5 minutes, and nurse Aimee Hall was absolutely wonderful - displaying remarkable professionalism, compassion, and skill throughout the consultation. A truly outstanding example of quality healthcare from the NHS!

I consistently show up punctually for my medical appointments, yet I'm left waiting endlessly at the clinic. Today, I've been sitting here for nearly an hour, despite being instructed to arrive at 10 am. When I inquire about the prolonged delay, their only explanation is that the doctor is behind schedule. This has become a frustratingly recurring pattern.

Terrible healthcare at local watford clinic

Absolutely the most inadequate medical practice in Watford. Steer clear at all costs. Attempting to schedule a doctor's consultation results in constant deflection, with staff redirecting patients to pharmacies that never follow up. If not that, they'll push you towards seeing a healthcare assistant instead of an actual physician. The entire service is dismally substandard. Seriously reconsider registering with this clinic. Their negligent approach is potentially jeopardizing patients' well-being and potentially their lives.

Doctors called back within an hour

These doctors deserve a standing ovation, as they consistently respond promptly during e-consultations, often within the day and sometimes even within an hour. My physicians, Dr. Anderson and Dr. Seale, are absolutely the most exceptional healthcare professionals I could ever hope for, consistently supporting me throughout my medical journey. I'm incredibly grateful for this medical practice, though I do wish they had more disabled parking spaces, which is merely a location constraint. Every appointment is incredibly helpful, and all the doctors I've encountered have gone above and beyond to address my concerns, even when a complete resolution isn't possible. This is a fantastic surgery that truly merits recognition for its outstanding medical team, particularly Dr. Seale and Dr. Anderson!!! While the NHS seems to be declining, this surgery stands as a beacon of excellence, demonstrating unwavering commitment to the community. Truly remarkable work.

Worst medical care for non-english speakers

I'm so deeply distressed by my experiences that I'm hesitant to seek medical care, fearing the embarrassment from the staff. Their treatment of immigrants is shockingly discriminatory. They mock me repeatedly for my limited English skills, making me feel utterly degraded. This hostile behavior occurred consistently during my visits, with only one compassionate young female staff member showing me basic human respect. To my fellow immigrants, I strongly urge you to find alternative healthcare options and steer clear of this facility. I share this warning from the depths of my sincerest emotions.

Worst customer service at medical center

If I could assign a rating lower than zero, I absolutely would. From the initial interaction, the reception staff displayed a dismissive and unhelpful attitude, essentially telling us to seek medical advice from a local pharmacy instead of assisting us. Their apparent lack of motivation and unwillingness to perform their basic job responsibilities was blatantly obvious.
