Nurse didn't help with my asthma meds

Awful experience, As an asthma patient, I'm using my inhaler much more frequently due to the current weather conditions. I was assured by the nurse that she would provide a new prescription, but upon arrival, she failed to do so. My breathing is severely compromised, and now I'm forced to endure over 8 hours of waiting before I can obtain another inhaler.

They've been particularly wonderful with my two children, who seem to be regulars at the clinic due to frequent visits. Their care and attention have been remarkable!

Grumpy receptionist made waiting room miserable

The employees here seem overworked and underpaid. The staff display a consistently negative demeanor and appear incapable of showing empathy. The receptionist was particularly unpleasant, greeting us with an aggressive attitude and dictating our seating arrangements despite the waiting area being completely empty. We would have definitely sought alternative medical care if any other options were available to us.
