On the 27/2/2026 i had an appointment with Dr Reynolds over a long standing problem, when my results came back Dr Reynolds did the very best to get me the medication I really needed, the medication was sent to me immediately, so a big thank you from my self and Wife Doreen, and all the other Doctors who have helped us Mr and Mrs Leonard Jones

Rude and unhelpful receptionist

On collecting my childs medication from your pharmacy - my 2 year old just being potty training - wanted the toilet - i asked in pharmacy if they had a toilet i could use and was advised to cone through to reception - as i am a patient at your surgery Was told by a very rude receptionist that she could not use the toilet as not for general public - i tried to explain that we are patient's here - but still she refused I am heavily pregnant and as soon as i got outside my child could not hold any longer and did it in her pants!!! I find this absolutely disgusting treatment from your receptionist My mother has worked for Nhs as a Gp receptionist for 25years and prides herself in helping and caring for all patient's who walk into Her practice!!! Maybe your receptionist just take a leaf out of my mothers book!!!! On how to treat your patients in future!!!!

Unable to get an appointment. Ever.

There is just no way to get an appointment. The 8:30 scramble has become part of the NHS culture, but I have never succeeded in getting an appointment for anything. The staff are apathetic and fob you off no matter what you say. The practice manager is never available. Why is my gatekeeper to the NHS a GP receptionist with no medical training? Disgraceful

Horrific

I don’t usually post reviews as everything is subjective and based on unique experiences, but having never had a good experience with this surgery and talking to other service users is blatantly obvious that it’s just awful across the board. From appalling front desk staff, especially Emma, to terrible doctors and locums it’s practically a vision of a dystopian future of foul attitudes and bad practice. To see handwashing would be a bonus. That would be a highlight. It’s really scraping the barrel here and everyone who works there should feel utterly ashamed of the situation, the treatment and the damage they cause to the elderly patients in particular.

Rude receptionist ruins first impression of clinic

On the day of my scheduled visit (18/07), I was greeted by an unwelcoming receptionist. After successfully checking in via the screen, I was unsure about my designated room. When I approached the front desk to inquire, the staff member dismissively stated she was occupied with her computer work and couldn't be bothered to even glance up. Fortunately, the colleague at the adjacent desk was incredibly courteous and helpful. While I recognize the staff may be under significant pressure, basic courtesy and professionalism should never be compromised, regardless of how busy they might be.

The reservation process is embarrassingly poor. Communication skills are equally subpar. Staff members frequently contradict each other and retreat when confronted about their inaccurate claims. Terrible service saved by local pharmacy lifesaver

Beyond the problems already highlighted by other reviewers, we consulted a trainee physician regarding a persistent 4-week cough, producing discolored mucus and experiencing complete sleeplessness for three days. The doctor dismissively suggested we return home and let the condition resolve itself, offering zero insight into the underlying cause or providing any meaningful guidance. Their clinical approach was as warm and empathetic as a kitchen utensil. In contrast, the Bridgnorth pharmacy staff thoroughly examined me, provided a clear explanation, and recommended an effective solution in under 20 minutes. The National Health Service should be thoroughly embarrassed. Despite having merely six patients waiting upstairs, no appointments were available. It appears genuine medical professionals have abandoned the system, recognizing its imminent collapse. I firmly predict the NHS will cease to function effectively within a couple of years - and I stand by that statement.

Frustrating healthcare system fails patients miserably

The appointment availability is utterly unacceptable, and the scheduling process is equally frustrating. When you call around 8:00 or 8:15, you're immediately confronted with a queue of 20 to 30 people. You end up spending half the morning waiting for a response, only to discover that all appointments have been snatched up. I've even been in the absurd situation where a doctor recommends I book an appointment, only to find none are actually accessible. I'm told the best approach is to physically line up for an appointment - but after decades of paying taxes and rarely needing medical attention, why should I now be forced to wait in line simply because I require care in my older years?

Horrible healthcare with endless waiting and no appointments

Utterly appalling service today. At 8:15, there were 40 people lined up outside, and securing an appointment seems impossible. The system is ridiculous - if you arrive in the morning, you can't book an afternoon slot and must return later to attempt booking again. Meanwhile, the upstairs surgical area remains completely empty. It's baffling where all the appointments and doctors have disappeared to. This medical practice is an absolute disaster!!

Still an abysmal healthcare provider experience... They claim you can call starting at 8:30am on Monday, but for the initial half-hour, getting into the queue is practically impossible. Once you eventually enter the waiting line, and let's not forget how the calls tend to disconnect unpredictably, you're offered a callback option - fantastic if you have absolutely no commitments and can sit around for half an hour. When you ultimately receive a call, they coldly inform you that no appointments remain, and suggest attempting again the next day. Perfectly emblematic of bureaucratic absurdity...

Negligent healthcare that left my child suffering

This medical practice is a complete disaster. They allowed a 7-year-old child to endure hours of agony while failing to fulfill their basic responsibilities. At 9am, they prescribed medication despite knowing it was unavailable at pharmacies across the entire region. When I requested an alternative prescription that local pharmacies actually stocked, they dragged their feet until 5:50pm on Friday evening. By that point, no pharmacies were open near me, leaving my child to suffer through the night with no pain relief, as the nearest pharmacy was at least 18 miles away. Absolutely incompetent and totally worthless - steer clear at all costs!!!!!
