This medical facility was once reliable, but its standards have significantly declined. Their patient care seems to have become completely indifferent. I sought medical advice for a persistent health concern, and they neglected my e-consultation request for a fortnight. When I physically visited the centre, I discovered the oversight. Subsequently, the physician dismissed my issue, claiming it would resolve within a week. However, more than two weeks have passed, and I continue to experience the problem. This incident is not isolated; there are numerous similar instances that demonstrate their lack of genuine concern for patient well-being.

Worst medical practice ever terrible service nightmare

My wife and I recently relocated to Worthing, and I strongly advise finding an alternative medical practice because this one is absolutely ridiculous! Upon arriving in Worthing, I unfortunately injured my back. It took me three excruciating trips to the pharmacy to obtain pain medication because the doctor neglected TWICE to send my prescription. Additionally, I have a persistent bladder condition, and due to our move, I must restart the entire medical process. They've placed me on an extensive waiting list for a developing condition that sometimes leaves me completely unable to use the bathroom, which could potentially cause severe damage to my bladder and kidneys! The final straw (which has convinced us to change general practitioners) occurred yesterday when I scheduled a telephone consultation for my worsening bladder condition. They didn't call me all day, then performed a brief "ghost dial" precisely at 5 PM lasting mere seconds! To make matters worse, I've been waiting again today. This is absolutely unacceptable! I intend to forward this complaint to our local MP because negligent healthcare providers like these should not be permitted to operate!

However, this rigid approach does not necessarily translate to effective practice management. I have now abandoned attempts to schedule appointments via telephone, as in-person visits seem to be the exclusive means of securing an urgent medical consultation. This limitation is clearly impractical for many individuals, and their appointment booking system urgently requires comprehensive review and improvement. The neighboring pharmacy stands out as a notable bright spot, offering an impressive and comprehensive selection of medications.

The weekly late-evening consultations are also a convenient option. The two general practitioners I've consulted have been approachable, competent, and effectively addressed my medical concerns. There have been instances of slight delays during my visits, and occasionally the phone lines can be challenging to navigate. Arrived at the clinic right on time for my 16:30 slot, but by 17:02 I was still stuck in the waiting area. To make matters worse, a woman who just walked in and barely sat down was immediately summoned, while I continued to wait. This entire situation is completely absurd and unfair.
