Dr. Ogoe and team always there for us
I've been a patient at Brocklebank for seven years, and throughout this time, I've consistently received compassionate care with prompt service. The econsult system is fantastic; previously, phone consultations often involved lengthy wait times, which was understandable. Dr. Ogoe is absolutely delightful, truly a wonderful physician :) Over the years, I've seen numerous doctors, and while it's a group practice with many telephone appointments that can blur together, Dr. Drawer, Dr. Castleside, Dr. Duckenfield, and Dr. Beugelink have all been exceptional! They've been incredibly supportive with my newborn, always ensuring priority appointments for young children. Heartfelt thanks for your outstanding care 💗 (It's absolutely shocking that people are stealing their medical scale, preventing my baby from being weighed... how despicable can thieves be? Initially, I encountered some challenges with Doctorlink, E-Consult. Nevertheless, I'm glad to report that the practice can assist you if needed, and I've successfully used it a few times myself! My husband and I have been patients at this practice for a quarter of a century. In all that time, we've only experienced one less-than-stellar consultation, which was a phone appointment some time back. Naturally, staff have come and gone over the years, but there's a solid core of exceptional doctors and personnel who have been with the practice for a long while. I've never had reason to criticize anyone's demeanor. Overall, I find the staff to be both friendly and professional. The practice provides an impressive array of services, including extended hours, online booking, same-day appointments, and telephone consultations. I consistently feel fortunate to be under their care.

Painful thumb wart for ten months now
On 02/09/24, I consulted Dr Sehrish Khan about an extremely painful wart on my left thumb that had been troubling me since August 2024. Dr Khan diagnosed the spot and suggested using Salactol, claiming the wart would clear within 6 months. By 4th February 2024, I sought another opinion from Dr Bernard Ogoe regarding this persistent, painful wart that had now plagued me for six months. I wanted to explore removal options since the Salactol treatment proved ineffective. Dr Ogoe dismissed my concerns, stating the wart could not be removed as it was solitary and not spreading. Ten months into this painful ordeal, I had an e-consult with clinical practitioner Paulina Laszczyk at 9:00 on 14/5/25. Paulina informed me that, according to her information, no NHS action could be taken to remove the wart, even with a dermatologist referral. The Brocklebank Group Practice's inconsistency is alarming. Paulina's explanation contradicted Dr Ogoe's previous statement. When I inquired about private removal options, she coldly suggested I find a place myself. I firmly believe the practice's reluctance to refer me stems solely from financial considerations, completely disregarding patient care. Their dishonesty and uncaring approach are unacceptable. Deliberately misleading patients and potentially compromising their health is utterly reprehensible. This surgery has proven itself entirely untrustworthy. Absolutely shocking!!!!
