I'm utterly impressed with my GP practice's exceptional care and dedication. Their approach is characterized by authentic warmth and empathy. When I visited for travel immunizations (at no cost!), the nurse not only checked my blood pressure and consulted with me but also promptly arranged an urgent follow-up appointment for the next day. Within the subsequent 24 hours, I've consulted another nurse, undergone an ECG, had a urine screening, spoken with a pharmacist, received a medication prescription, and already have subsequent consultations scheduled. While many criticize the NHS, this level of service is truly remarkable. My heartfelt gratitude to the entire team.

Receptionist's mistake ruined my appointment
I arranged a consultation through econsult with Dr. Beugelink, who had previously reached out to help me with my medical concerns and coordinate with other services. The receptionist confirmed my appointment for 10/04/25 on 03/04/25. Upon arriving at the practice, I was shocked to learn that no appointment existed, despite my prior confirmations with both the practice and pharmacy. Receptionist Mariana seemed almost amused, casually informing her colleague Christopher that the booking was not in their system. Christopher admitted he had failed to properly schedule my consultation. They suggested I return the next day, 11/04/25, but the proposed appointment was not even with Dr. Beugelink. After weeks of waiting to see this specific doctor who understood my case, I discovered Dr. Beugelink would be unavailable for two weeks, leaving me without appropriate medical support. When I called reception to express my frustration, Harriet was dismissive, claiming all their doctors were equally competent in all medical areas—a statement I know to be completely false. Their administrative incompetence has potentially compromised my health, and I am left without any satisfactory resolution to my medical needs.

I seldom visit medical facilities but encountered an unforeseen incident. The front desk staff were well-coordinated and supportive. Andrea Jones (nurse) is absolutely fantastic! Compassionate, intelligent, pragmatic, and effective. A comforting professional who provides immense reassurance! A truly valuable member of the Brocklebank Practice team. Ryan the pharmacist is equally impressive - incredibly knowledgeable, an attentive listener, solution-oriented and practical. The "background" team assisting with app navigation (which is genuinely frustrating) demonstrated remarkable patience and shared helpful workarounds. The app remains cumbersome, though that's fairly typical of current NHS technology. Frustrating medical record runaround
I've been registered with this GP since 2023 and attempting to renew my private hire taxi license. TfL requested a medical form, but the doctor's office claims they don't have my medical records. I have an NHS number, and my previous GP confirms they sent the records. I asked them to resend, but they refused. This process has dragged on for 3 months, causing me to lose my job. TfL for private hire licensing stated that without medical records within 28 days, they'll revoke my license. They took £120 from me without providing proper service. If I can't obtain my medical records in the specified timeframe, TfL will revoke my license, potentially causing me to lose my car finance after nearly 3 years and my job. This situation is an absolute nightmare.

The medical staff here genuinely appear indifferent - I'm desperately hoping to find a healthcare professional who demonstrates even a minimal sense of empathy and doesn't seem irritated by patients seeking medical attention. If anyone can suggest a reliable doctor in this area, please reach out 😭😭 because the only competent physicians I've encountered have been temporary agency staff who eventually departed! Just contemplating scheduling an appointment now triggers my anxiety, knowing the staff's primary goal seems to be rushing through consultations!

I've been waiting to get registered since October 2nd, and despite calling two weeks ago when a representative assured me it would be resolved, I'm still not registered. When I called back today, the staff member actually hung up on me - absolutely unacceptable service! I'd strongly recommend finding an alternative provider. However, I want to highlight Erica, who was phenomenal! She was genuinely helpful, provided accurate information, and truly went above and beyond. The company needs more employees like her - she absolutely deserves 5 stars for her outstanding customer service!

Missed my phone appointment at brocklebank
What an absolute joke of a medical facility!! It took half a year just to secure an appointment with someone!! Getting a meeting with the late monarch would've been more straightforward!! And she's been deceased for five years!!!! But the person I saw wasn't even a physician!! Nope!! Just a diabetes specialist nurse!! Then another appointment four days later to see an actual doctor!!! I rushed out of work early, arriving at 3:40pm and checking in as scheduled, only to wait an entire hour!! When I approached the receptionist to inquire about the delay, he apologized, claiming it was a telephone consultation!! I checked my mobile, and sure enough, I'd missed two calls from Brocklebank around 3:30pm - probably while using the restroom!!! Are real doctors even employed at this practice??!! Does anyone ever successfully get an actual consultation!!!???? If so, HOW!!!!!!??????
