Appointment access presents a significant challenge for patients at this practice, with multiple reports of difficulty securing consultations beyond same-day emergency slots and lengthy telephone booking processes. The booking system relies on calling at specific times with no queuing mechanism, creating barriers for patients unable to reach reception at precise windows. Several patients report being unable to access GP appointments for extended periods, ranging from months to years.
Reception staff receive mixed feedback, with some patients praising courtesy and helpfulness while others report dismissive communication and occasional inaccuracy in relaying information. Clinical care experiences vary considerably, with concerns raised about the comprehensiveness of examinations, responsiveness to patient concerns, and the quality of communication during consultations. Some patients describe feeling unheard or dismissed when raising health issues, whilst others report positive experiences with attentive and collaborative approaches.
Waiting times and facility conditions are noted as areas requiring attention, with reports of lengthy queues and outdated environments. A small number of patients highlight positive experiences with swift scheduling availability and courteous reception interactions, though these positive accounts are substantially outweighed by concerns about access barriers, appointment availability, and the overall care experience.

Bad!
Terrible healthcare with zero compassion for patients
Utterly terrible customer service. Booking an appointment is impossible, and by the time you manage to get through, all slots are already taken, a problem that persists daily. The receptionist was dismissive and unhelpful towards my mother, clearly taking advantage of her limited English skills - a completely unacceptable way to treat patients! Truly disgraceful.

Terrible medical center with impossible appointments
The medical center's service quality is lacking. Scheduling a consultation with a general practitioner is extremely challenging. I regret not researching patient feedback prior to choosing this healthcare facility.

Poor!
Terrible healthcare service from unresponsive medical practice
Completely frustrated with my primary care physician! I haven't had a single appointment in 24 months. Despite repeatedly reaching out about my gastrointestinal problems, I've received zero assistance. Utterly let down by this healthcare experience.

Traumatic asthma review destroyed my mental health
I've given up attempting to schedule appointments due to the futility. During a recent asthma consultation, Sue displayed an incredibly hostile attitude and even acknowledged her own obnoxiousness towards me. She provocatively suggested I could leave if I wanted, which I promptly did. Despite being in a professional setting, I restrained myself from responding. Following this so-called review, I've been left feeling utterly worthless, humiliated, and as insignificant as a scolded schoolchild, with increasingly distressing thoughts of suicide consuming my mind as her cruel remarks replay repeatedly. While I have immense respect for the NHS, this interaction felt so dehumanizing that sitting across from her was akin to facing an oppressive, intimidating authority figure.

Frustrating doctors who never want to help
No possibility of booking an appointment ahead of time, they exclusively offer same-day slots that you can only secure by calling at 8am and being among the first to reach their reception. Completely unhelpful when faced with non-standard situations. Given their apparent lack of concern for patient welfare, they hardly deserve the title of medical professionals. Visited the practice following an email, still no appointment available. Doctor claimed he would call to diagnose, seemingly expecting to perform a miraculous phone-based assessment. Doctors seemingly indifferent to patient needs. Suggested I find alternative medical care if dissatisfied. Sent me a message about a flu jab, but I'll decline. They only want to see patients when it suits their agenda. Extremely poor service. Perpetually unable to secure an appointment. Haven't actually consulted a GP here in three years. Received a call on 08/01/2024 at 8am from a receptionist regarding my review, insisting their protocol requires calling by 8:30am daily. She claimed a doctor would contact me, even after I expressed my intention to transfer to another practice. Received a call at 12pm from a Brompton surgery doctor questioning my initial contact. I explained the receptionist had initiated the call. Despite my decision to change providers, she persisted in claiming responsibility for my care, offering a 3:15pm appointment for potential hospital referrals. I declined, stating it was too late to demonstrate genuine concern after receiving a negative review. This practice remains trapped in outdated COVID-19 protocols, showing complete disregard for patients unable to call precisely at 8:30am.

Terrible nurse at brompton medical centre nightmare
I've been a patient at Brompton medical Centre for three decades. During a recent routine blood test with the nurse, she attempted to draw blood five times unsuccessfully. She failed to wear gloves, used unclean needles, coughed directly in my face, and roughly manipulated the needle in my arm. When unsuccessful, she tried to blame me, suggesting I was wearing perfume - which I absolutely was not. Despite her previous failures, she still wanted to continue attempting to extract blood. Having worked in healthcare for over 20 years with a nursing diploma, I know proper hydration is crucial. I subsequently visited MCH, where they successfully drew blood on the first attempt. The nurse's performance was completely unprofessional and demonstrated a clear lack of competence. I will definitively not return for blood tests at this facility. While I'm not typically someone who complains about personnel, and understand that everyone can make errors, this situation went beyond a simple mistake and bordered on medical negligence.

Terrible service and unreliable medical support
Absolutely terrible service across the board, with the most frustrating part being the telephone booking process. Attempting to schedule an appointment is incredibly challenging, and even after enduring long wait times, the receptionist consistently claims the day is fully booked. This has happened multiple times, leaving patients either waiting endlessly or simply giving up. Moreover, when it comes to medication prescriptions, they repeatedly charge the full price for reduced quantities, which is unacceptable. These reduced prescriptions are not free, yet patients are expected to pay the same amount. This general practice urgently needs to reassess its entire operational approach, or patients will continue to experience more hardship than actual medical support.

Terrible healthcare with zero patient compassion
Scheduling an appointment here is practically impossible. They exclusively offer last-minute "emergency" slots, which are essentially a lottery where only the quickest callers succeed. Even after securing a rare appointment, patients must battle to obtain referrals, especially when their initial treatment proves ineffective. Their approach to unique medical situations is dismissive and unhelpful. Given their apparent lack of genuine concern for patient well-being, it's questionable whether they deserve the professional title of physician.

Terrible service puts patients health at risk
Getting a doctor's appointment here is a nightmare. They scrapped their previous online consultation option, and their scheduling process is incredibly frustrating. Their phone system is archaic - you have to call precisely at 8:30 AM with no queuing mechanism, essentially turning healthcare access into a random chance. This approach feels like you're gambling with your medical needs. Their practice desperately requires a comprehensive evaluation of their patient care and communication methods.

Terrible medical practice with impossible communication
Absolutely terrible medical professionals, getting an appointment is nearly impossible, and their phone system is a nightmare. Instead of a standard queue where you wait your turn, you're forced to repeatedly dial and pray you'll eventually reach a live representative. The entire experience is frustrating and completely unprofessional.

Frustrating doctor missed the point of our visit
The physician fixated on my skin condition instead of addressing the primary health concern that brought us to the clinic. They proceeded to lecture us about intermittent fasting and weight loss... As if that's going to alleviate the complications arising from a new medication. What a clueless healthcare provider more focused on appearance than actual patient well-being.

Terrible healthcare with unhelpful and rude doctors
The receptionists are courteous. Parking can be challenging. The doctors are ineffective! I spent 4 years persistently complaining about the same issue, even after emergency doctors advised me to get a GP referral, yet my doctor initially refused, only to approve the procedure 4 years later!! I'm experiencing similar difficulties now, with 111 doctors suggesting I need a referral, but when I spoke to my doctor today, he dismissively stated, "just because another doctor recommended a referral doesn't mean you must have one" and when I expressed my desire to be referred (as I was receiving no alternative help or explanation for my constant pain), he curtly interrupted and rudely said, "fine, I'm not going to argue, if that's what you want, I'll do it" without even making eye contact or engaging with me. I left, politely saying have a nice day, which he completely ignored. Utterly unprofessional. A doctor should be committed to helping patients! Every visit leaves me feeling powerless and unheard, as if they neither believe nor care about my concerns. Most doctors I encounter seem clueless or indifferent, dispensing antibiotics carelessly and dismissively recommending ibuprofen for every ailment, showing zero concern for patient well-being. This practice has previously been under review, and I believe it should be shut down! I'm changing doctors immediately!

Same day appointments save the day
Impressive medical office with swift scheduling - securing same-day consultations is truly exceptional in today's healthcare landscape. The front desk staff exude warmth and professionalism, though I found the physician's examination less comprehensive than I had anticipated. Convenient street parking is available during the morning hours of 8-10am.

Terrible doctor ruins medical experience with poor care
The recently hired front desk staff is courteous, helpful, and pleasant—quite the opposite of the physician. The doctor never thoroughly examined the child or demonstrated professional care. He hastily scribbles antibiotic prescriptions and considers his job complete. The concerning part is that nobody seems to be genuinely concerned about the situation.

Terrible service from unprofessional indian healthcare worker
Unprofessional staff member of Indian origin working as a nurse displays poor interpersonal skills. Her attitude requires significant improvement. The newly hired receptionist provides a much more pleasant experience. This particular nurse should seriously reconsider her approach to patient interaction.
