Worst doctor ever terrible bedside manner
Dr. Tint Oo demonstrated an appalling lack of professionalism during my consultation. Suffering from a severe throat infection that prevented me from consuming any food, fluids, or medication, I was met with a dismissive attitude. When I explained my dire situation, his callous response was, "What do you want me to do about it," to which I firmly retorted, "You are the doctor." I strongly advise patients to document their interactions with him due to his abysmal bedside manner. Despite my explaining that I hadn't eaten for three days, was unable to work, and was experiencing a high fever, elevated heart rate, and swollen throat, he remained indifferent and seemed eager to rush me out. In contrast, Mrs. Mary Case, whom I initially met, was extremely courteous and professional. I would absolutely refuse to see Dr. Tint Oo again. I am utterly stunned by his complete lack of empathy and medical compassion.

Approximately two months ago, I submitted a crucial insurance document requiring a GP's signature, and since I lack a permanent GP, I entrusted the paperwork to the reception staff. However, no communication has been forthcoming. I've been compelled to make weekly in-person visits, where I was consistently met with reassuring smiles and empty promises, yet no actual resolution materialized. The entire experience suggests a pattern of misleading patients rather than providing genuine assistance. The situation is profoundly exasperating, particularly given that we contribute taxes to support the NHS. Even when opting for private healthcare, one remains dependent on NHS procedures, which renders this level of negligence completely unacceptable. I am seriously contemplating launching a petition to address these issues, as patients genuinely deserve meaningful support instead of endless bureaucratic delays and hollow commitments. While I am not someone who seeks medical intervention without good reason, when I do require help, I absolutely expect to be treated with dignity and professional efficiency.

Unhelpful doctor refused to communicate or assist me
I visited the clinic for a consultation, and when I requested a translation, the physician flatly refused to provide one. When I suggested using Google Translate, he dismissed that option as well. I attempted to describe my medical concerns, but he abruptly told me to schedule another appointment without hearing me out. This encounter was completely unacceptable. It was undoubtedly the most frustrating medical experience I've ever had, and I cannot in good conscience recommend this doctor to anyone. He demonstrated zero empathy or genuine concern for patient care. I believe his name was Jo or Do, though I'm not entirely certain of the exact name.

The front desk personnel I've encountered are simply unpleasant and irritable. Any sense of warmth or positivity is completely drained from you the moment you interact with them. First off, I absolutely know the difference between standard menstrual cramps and this persistent pain. If this were merely period-related, something is fundamentally wrong, especially given that I'm enduring constant pain for months. Their response demonstrates zero compassion or understanding.
