From early morning, I've been persistently trying to reach the office to schedule my daughter's appointment. The phone lines were constantly engaged. When I finally got through, the receptionist was unhelpful and dismissive, immediately stating that morning appointments were unavailable without hearing my full explanation. My daughter is suffering from a high fever. The staff member completely ignored my concerns and simply told me to call back at 2:00 PM. I deeply regret selecting this medical practice. Their reception service is absolutely terrible - so poor that I wouldn't even give them a single star. 😡

This medical practice is absolutely the most subpar healthcare provider I've ever been associated with. I've been left with a health issue that I strongly believe has been incorrectly assessed, especially considering my long-standing history with this condition. I was essentially told to source my own medication and was denied a prescription that I'm legitimately entitled to receive. The staff demonstrate a complete lack of professionalism and virtually no understanding of mental health support. The reception team are particularly dismissive, appearing both disinterested and woefully uninformed. Their overall service is completely ineffective and frustratingly inadequate.... WORTHLESS

Substandard care. Despite relocating after a surgical procedure two years ago, I have yet to be introduced to my general practitioner. The front desk staff demonstrate a lack of professionalism and courtesy. During my recent visit, the receptionist blatantly disregarded my presence, interrupting our interaction to assist another patient who had just arrived, effectively bypassing the established queue. Furthermore, they have been uncooperative in providing information about my medical status, and my test results remain absent from the NHS application. Extremely dissatisfied 😒

Worst medical practice ever shocking service nightmare
The service at this practice is ATROCIOUS. Undoubtedly the worst I've ever encountered. Receptionists act overly competent while being incredibly discourteous and dismissive. I personally observed them snickering and mocking patients waiting for incomplete forms. They callously instructed one unfortunate individual to return another time, without providing any clear explanation or timeline. My wife was forced to persistently follow up on blood test results, which were superficially reviewed by reception staff who merely declared 'everything is fine, all looks normal'. Shockingly, it was later discovered she has PCOS, completely contradicting their casual assessment and the GP's initial response - what an egregious misdiagnosis!?!?! Are they incompetent? Furthermore, I was supposedly referred to another specialist by the GP, but this referral remains conspicuously absent. I am utterly repulsed by the abysmal service at this so-called "medical centre" - I could arguably receive more reliable medical guidance from watching television.
