Reception dismissive when raising serious health concerns
I felt the practice demonstrated an unhelpful approach to my care. I attended with concerns about physical symptoms including breathing difficulties and heart palpitations during routine activities. These were attributed to anxiety rather than investigating underlying causes. Following a concerning diagnosis elsewhere, I returned with ongoing breathing difficulties but was advised to arrange a routine appointment rather than receive immediate assessment. I felt my symptoms were not properly investigated or treated, and I was sent away without appropriate support. I have significant concerns about the quality of care provided and believe other patients may have had similar experiences. I would not recommend this practice to others seeking medical attention.

Prescription delays left us without needed medication
Would rate zero if possible. I have been waiting throughout the day for a prescription for my mother who has a serious illness. Even after receiving two prescriptions, we are still missing some of the medication needed. I feel the practice does not prioritise these matters adequately, and I found the reception staff to be overly intrusive.
