This medical practice is an absolute farce and should be avoided at all costs. Patients can expect to languish on hold for no less than half an hour, though it's far more likely to stretch to 45 minutes or even a full hour. The supposed expertise of the GPs is dubious at best, seemingly limited to information one could easily obtain through a cursory internet search. In my personal experience, I've encountered multiple instances where I was merely advised to take paracetamol, only to return the following day with exacerbated symptoms. The level of care and attention is woefully inadequate.

When I inquired, they postponed it to after 3:30 PM. Despite having my phone on high volume and connected to my watch, I somehow missed their call at 15:26 - it didn't even register a ring or vibration. Upon contacting the surgery, I was informed of their two-attempt policy. Despite having a 5 PM nurse appointment, the receptionist initially claimed no availability until after the 16th due to the doctor's full schedule. After expressing my frustration, they miraculously found a slot for Thursday. This experience has been utterly disappointing, especially considering my 16-year loyalty to this practice. I'm now seriously considering switching to a different surgery and cannot, in good conscience, recommend their services to anyone.
