I'm enduring relentless bodily pain that spans my arms, sides, abdomen, buttocks, and legs - characterized by burning sensations, persistent aches, and uncomfortable pressure. [ ] Continuous physical heaviness [ ] Swelling throughout arms, legs, sides, buttocks, back, stomach [ ] Perpetual exhaustion/fatigue [ ] Skin feels constricted or overly taut [ ] Bruising with minimal provocation [ ] Depressed emotional state, heightened anxiety, or anger stemming from constant pain [ ] Sleep disruption due to ongoing discomfort [ ] Muscular stiffness and restricted mobility and I'm unable to secure even a basic appointment to consult a physician. I can't manage this anymore; I desperately need medical consultation or at least a callback regarding my health issues

The reception service today was extremely poor. It seems a select few receptionists at Kensington Park Medical Centre have an aversion to patient inquiries and show little empathy towards chronic and mental health conditions. Their unprofessional conduct includes abruptly hanging up calls, playing communication games, and being deliberately unhelpful. I have documented evidence of their inappropriate behaviors, even using an alternate phone to eliminate potential device-related excuses. Only when I threatened to file a complaint did they exhibit any semblance of courtesy, and even then, their communication was dripping with sarcasm. I've been waiting three days for critical medications - epilepsy, heart, stomach treatments, and inhailers - and after calling three times today, I was dismissively told to dial 999 if experiencing wheezing, despite needing a prescription, not emergency services. While the doctors are exceptional, certain receptionists demonstrate an unacceptable level of disrespect. I am requesting the manager contact me to formally address the unprofessional conduct of two specific staff members, whose identities I will withhold out of professional courtesy. However, I intend to comprehensively illustrate the substandard customer service and cruel treatment of vulnerable patients. Their approach is nothing short of inhumane.

I was placed in a queue, positioned as number 27, and remained on hold for 36 minutes and 18 seconds, only to be informed that no appointments were available. I expressed my frustration to the receptionist, explaining that I had woken up extremely early specifically to schedule a GP consultation due to a potentially serious concern. After enduring a 30-minute and 18-second wait, being told to call back the next day was incredibly disheartening. The call records on my phone serve as irrefutable proof of this exhausting and unproductive experience.

Frustrating online system ruins good medical practice
I have no complaints about the staff or the service I've experienced at this practice. Since registering when I moved here in October 2020, I've attended numerous appointments for different reasons. However, the practice has inexplicably switched its online health platform, seemingly for financial motivations, and the new system is far from seamless or intuitive. Previously, I could effortlessly use the NHS app for e-consultations, prescription management, record checking, and viewing test results. Now, I'm forced to use a different platform on the GP website that failed even during my registration attempt. I strongly urge them to revert to the previous system!

Without a doubt, this is the most dreadful medical practice I've ever encountered. They've always had problems, but the recent incident pushed things over the edge. If you're part of the LGBTQ+ community, they'll mock and belittle you. One of the physicians actually smirked when I disclosed my assault, showing zero empathy or genuine concern. He hastily handed me some medication and dismissed my experience, offering a vague hospital referral with no clear timeline. It's deeply disheartening that this is the level of care we receive. The doctor responsible for this unprofessional treatment was Doctor Hale, and I strongly advise any LGBT individuals to steer clear of him and this practice altogether.
