Absurdly long wait times. I rang this morning shortly after 8am, and was told I was caller number 25. It's now approaching 11:30, and I'm still stuck in the queue at number 8... I'm almost certain I won't connect before noon, and by then all available slots will undoubtedly be taken.

Utterly unacceptable service, I was marginally behind schedule due to an urgent matter, and they insisted on rescheduling. Despite my attempts to communicate my delayed arrival, their phone lines were apparently unmanned on a Saturday, even though a receptionist was present at the desk. It's infuriating how they expect punctuality from customers while making them wait over half an hour past the appointed time. Their inconsistent approach and lack of customer consideration are truly appalling.

Absolutely terrible service when dealing with a newborn. Being instructed to call at 8am just to check appointment availability, or alternatively dial 111, seems completely pointless. The clinic's operating hours feel meaningless. To make matters worse, they casually inform us we can have an appointment in three weeks - as if a new parent can simply wait that long with potential health concerns 🤦‍♂️

Nightmare experience with bmc medical appointment system

Attempting to secure a medical consultation at BMC was an exercise in futility over five grueling days. After enduring a three-hour wait, I finally connected with a receptionist through a callback, only to be sent a link for an online consultation. Bizarrely, three hours later, I received a message advising me against using the online service and instructing me to phone for an appointment if unwell. I then spent 45 minutes in a phone queue, only to be told it was all a mistake, but I would need to call back the following morning to potentially schedule an appointment. The decline of this medical practice is shocking; it was once excellent upon opening but now appears completely chaotic. The current state of this surgery is absolutely unacceptable - it's no longer serving its purpose and should be shut down, with its funding redirected to more competent healthcare providers!
