Excellent doctors marred by terrible receptionist service

I exclusively consult with Dr. Chu or his sons/senior Dr. Chu, and they consistently provide excellent, efficient care. Unfortunately, the recently hired receptionist is incredibly discourteous. Her phone manner is dismissive, and she consistently talks down to patients in a way that suggests complete indifference.

Hands down the most disrespectful front desk staff I've ever had the misfortune of interacting with. She addressed me with such condescension and contempt, making me feel utterly belittled. I strongly advise seeking medical care anywhere else but this place. Hoping none of you will ever have to endure her unprofessional attitude xx
